Lindsay Morgan

Lindsay works as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and chiropractic assistant. She competes in Crossfit and also runs OCRs and does most of her training at a gym with a full set of awesome obstacles to go along with the more standard gym stuff like squat racks. She also practices and teaches acroyoga and handstands! She has been an advocate of minimalist shoes for years and wears the Xero Prio daily to work and to workout.
The Prio is my favorite shoe I own and I wear them every day. They are the perfect flat shoe for lifting weights, because you can really feel grounded and stable. They are also durable! I wore them for OCRs last summer and there isn’t a thread loose after running through rocks and mud and climbing on obstacles.
