The successful candidate will have at least two (2) years of customer service experience. Experience in conducting customer service phone calls is strongly recommended.

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Senior Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting and Finance Department.
A successful candidate is an expert in various corporate accounting functions including general ledger accounting, corporate income taxes, technical accounting, and the compilation of fnancial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Primary duties for this role include coordinating and leading month end close, handling key and complex balance sheet accounts reconciliation, preparing revenue recognition entries, compiling monthly income tax provisions, and overseeing accounts payable process. As the key member of the Corporate Accounting function, the Senior Staff Accountant serves as a technical resource to the team and management and plays a critical role in the success of the department.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates month end, quarter end, and year end close within the established timeline.
- Reconciles key balance sheet accounts including inventory accounts.
- Prepares income tax provision for the U.S. entity and ensures compliance with rules and regulations for all tax jurisdictions where the company conducts its trades and business.
- Monitors revenue streams for all sales channels and prepares revenue entries for main revenue streams.
- Oversees bank account reconciliations and provides recon support to junior staff members.
- Establishes and implements accounting procedures and controls over key supply chain processes.
- Assists the Controller to supervise the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Leads the year-end audit effort and works closely with the external auditing frm and tax preparer to provide accounting schedules, workpapers, and source documents.
- Assists the Controller to prepare SEC reporting under Regulation A
- Reviews and oversees the work of junior staff members.
- Partner with business units to design and implement internal controls over fnancial reporting.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Critical Qualifcations:
- B.S. Degree in Accounting/ Master Degree in Accountancy strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years direct working experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting/ corporate accounting experience with public companies strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge in U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting
- Direct and hands on working experience in complex balance sheet reconciliation
- Direct and hands on working experience in external fnancial reporting and/or preparation of income tax provision
- Have direct experience/exposure to the design and implementation of ICFR under Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
- Strong skill and knowledge in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

- Self-motivated to complete tasks on strict timeline

Xero Shoes is a leading manufacturer of footwear designed to facilitate natural movement and comfort. This position is part of a U.S. direct sales team that reports to the Director of Sales. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing wholesale retail partnerships in the Southeast territory with a focus on specialty run, outdoor, and lifestyle footwear retailers.
The Southeast territory is defined by the following states: AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN. This position requires extensive travel and will be based in or around Atlanta, GA.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service
- Achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals that align with Xero’s financial plan.
- Own territory planning and sales strategy execution that creates the required distribution of Xero products to meet sales goals.
- Own all aspects of the sales cycle ensuring the successful sell-in and sell-through of Xero products.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and make recommendations for unique sales programs and marketing initiatives to satisfy those needs.
- Utilize and coordinate Xero’s cross functional resources (wholesale support, product development, marketing, and IT) to deliver best in class customer service. Sales Analysis and Reporting

The job is first shift plus and occasional weekend. Our warehouse is located in east Denver near I-70 and Havana. Some of the duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Picking/packing direct-to-consumer orders
- Fulfilling wholesale and Amazon orders
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Unloading shipping container and trailers
- Sorting and restoring returned product
- Organizing stock and maintaining inventory
- Inspecting products for defects and damages
- Initiating quality control checks on incoming products and outbound shipments
The successful candidate will have at least two (2) years of warehouse experience including warehouse management systems using scanners in a warehouse or shipping environment. Experience with Ship Hero is a plus.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Capturing the brand voice to craft compelling, pitch-perfect marketing copy for first- and third-party digital properties, including our direct-to-consumer website, third-party marketplaces, and partner sites as needed.
- Digital content production & optimization to Include, but are not limited to: emails, landing pages, advertorials, social ads, native ads, paid search ads, sales videos (written visuals and outlines for filming), long form sales letters, brochures, direct mail, offers, blog posts, ebooks, teaching videos (written visuals and outlines for filming), infographics.
