We are looking for an eCommerce Web Developer – someone who is a dynamic, ambitious, highly energetic, and self-motivated person able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading your team by example.

The purpose of this role would be to bolster our front-end web development capabilities so that we can quickly deploy technical solutions that can help fuel our growth (e.g., new website capabilities / features) and to provide additional support to the wholesale and customer service sides of the business (e.g., IT support, vendor/retailer support, bug fixes, etc.). 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a front-end developer on all WordPress and WooCommerce projects, ensuring that all DTC properties and 3rd-party integrations are built to modern web standards, deliver high performance, and match the approved functionality and design.
  • Research requirements for implementing new technologies in order to summarize capabilities and propose solutions to address limitations.
  • Continuously identify and develop fixes for bugs and other issues to ensure optimal website performance.
  • Update internal knowledge base and socialize features and functionality with stakeholders in marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Ensure that all company data are secure, including managing the security of our production and staging environments.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to various internal stakeholders in digital marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.

This position is located in our corporate office in the Interlocken area in Broomfield, CO and will report to the Director of Digital. We are seeking local applicants, no relocation offered.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a full time professional capacity (e.g., not part-time / freelance) as a front-end developer in the online retail / eCommerce industry.
  • Ability to apply a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mySQL, and PHP functions to create custom solutions in WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Strong familiarity with the WooCommerce plugin ecosystem – in particular, applications that support routine eCommerce functionality such as order management, CX, and web analytics.
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of the principles of SEO and online marketing.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and order management systems, enterprise resource planning, and customer experience platforms.
  • Ability to design user interfaces that deliver an excellent direct-to-consumer shopping experience.
  • Ability to design custom back-end solutions for internal customers and partners.
  • Experience with Ship Hero, Google Analytics, Help Scout, and other core components of our stack is a plus.
  • WooCommerce experience is required; experience with other eCommerce platforms is a plus

Pay: $85,000 – $95,000 annually DOE

We are looking for a Wholesale Customer Service Associate – someone who is a dynamic, ambitious, highly energetic and self-motivated person able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while proactively engaging with retailers, vendors, sales reps, distributors and the global sales team.

Responsibilities include active customer engagement and follow through in support of all wholesale/distributor customers and team members. This position provides critical support to the sales team in the US, Asia and the EU  by monitoring and updating data for both new and existing accounts so that accurate reports can be generated.

This position is located in our corporate office in the Interlocken area in Broomfield, CO and reports to our Global Sales Director. An estimated 10-15% of time may be for required travel. We are seeking local applicants, no relocation offered.

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalency at minimum
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferred
  • 2 years or more in customer service-related positions, preferably serving outdoor industry or footwear customers.

The job is first shift plus and occasional weekend. Our warehouse is located in east Denver near I-70 and Havana. Some of the duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Picking/packing direct-to-consumer orders
  • Fulfilling wholesale and Amazon orders
  • Processing returns and exchanges
  • Unloading shipping container and trailers
  • Sorting and restoring returned product
  • Organizing stock and maintaining inventory
  • Inspecting products for defects and damages
  • Initiating quality control checks on incoming products and outbound shipments

The successful candidate will have at least two (2) years of warehouse experience including warehouse management systems using scanners in a warehouse or shipping environment. Experience with Ship Hero is a plus.

General Purpose:

The Associate Product Developer will be responsible for the research and the assistance in the development of new footwear from the approved design through the confirmation stage. The Developer will work within a team-oriented structure consisting of all disciplines necessary and available to coordinate the development of a product line achieving product objectives within the established timelines.

Essential Functions:

  • Proactively works with suppliers to generate new ideas, materials and components for enhanced product creation and innovation
  • Coordinates all phases of development utilizing the available resources of Design, Product Line Manager, Model Shop, Wear Testing and Far East Development
  • Leads the fit and wear test from early prototypes to final confirmed product, implement revisions as necessary, as well as commercialized extreme sizes for production confirmation
  • Assists and contributes ideas for product design, construction, materials, compounds and components to enhance functionality, aesthetics, fit and profit margin
  • Generates a technical development package to communicate intended construction and aesthetic details of each project to overseas development partners
  • Examines all prototypes to assure all specifications are correct and within product cost target
  • Achieves timeline milestones to assure development process and prototypes are progressing properly
  • Evaluates the feedback and implement revisions to development staff
  • Confirms final production confirmation samples
  • Meets or improves upon industry standards for perceived quality and value, profit margin, biomechanics, performance, and aesthetics
  • Supports Product Development team members
  • Performs other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization

  • 2 years or more in operation or design at Xero Shoes or within the footwear industry

General Purpose:

A successful inventory specialist will be responsible for planning, managing and analyzing inventory costs and activities throughout the business. This will require freight cost management, analytical reporting, data reconciliation, logistics strategy, customs allocations, international consolidations, and other duties as assigned. Further, this role will assume ownership of many facets of any number of our ongoing projects which include a full ERP implementation, tariff tax strategies, and continuous upgrades to our logistics & inventory tracking systems. 

Essential Functions:

  • Allocating and analyzing inventory shipping costs including customs, tariffs, and other taxes to account for product purchasing
  • Preparing and maintaining inventory cost reporting and analysis
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting policy documents and data records
  • Entering key data of financial transactions in database
  • Tracking inventory/analyzing logistics
  • Budgeting for future inventory purchases and supply
  • Calculating end of month/quarter inventory accruals
  • Functioning in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum qualification of a recognized bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the finance, accounting or related field
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines, multi-task through excellent organization and prioritization
  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an account payable and accounts receivable bookkeeper
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
