We are looking for an eCommerce Web Developer – someone who is a dynamic, ambitious, highly energetic, and self-motivated person able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading your team by example.

The purpose of this role would be to bolster our front-end web development capabilities so that we can quickly deploy technical solutions that can help fuel our growth (e.g., new website capabilities / features) and to provide additional support to the wholesale and customer service sides of the business (e.g., IT support, vendor/retailer support, bug fixes, etc.). 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a front-end developer on all WordPress and WooCommerce projects, ensuring that all DTC properties and 3rd-party integrations are built to modern web standards, deliver high performance, and match the approved functionality and design.
  • Research requirements for implementing new technologies in order to summarize capabilities and propose solutions to address limitations.
  • Continuously identify and develop fixes for bugs and other issues to ensure optimal website performance.
  • Update internal knowledge base and socialize features and functionality with stakeholders in marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Ensure that all company data are secure, including managing the security of our production and staging environments.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to various internal stakeholders in digital marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.

This position is located in our corporate office in the Interlocken area in Broomfield, CO and will report to the Director of Digital. We are seeking local applicants, no relocation offered.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a full time professional capacity (e.g., not part-time / freelance) as a front-end developer in the online retail / eCommerce industry.
  • Ability to apply a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mySQL, and PHP functions to create custom solutions in WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Strong familiarity with the WooCommerce plugin ecosystem – in particular, applications that support routine eCommerce functionality such as order management, CX, and web analytics.
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of the principles of SEO and online marketing.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and order management systems, enterprise resource planning, and customer experience platforms.
  • Ability to design user interfaces that deliver an excellent direct-to-consumer shopping experience.
  • Ability to design custom back-end solutions for internal customers and partners.
  • Experience with Ship Hero, Google Analytics, Help Scout, and other core components of our stack is a plus.
  • WooCommerce experience is required; experience with other eCommerce platforms is a plus

This role is responsible for delivering against the marketing team’s copywriting and editorial needs. Reporting to the director of digital, you will work closely with the marketing team, but also regularly interact with the CEO and other senior executives. Responsibilities:

  • Capturing the brand voice to craft compelling, pitch-perfect marketing copy for first- and third-party digital properties, including our direct-to-consumer website, third-party marketplaces, and partner sites as needed.
  • Partnering with stakeholders on the marketing and media buying teams to produce top-performing ad copy for use across our various customer acquisition channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other advertising platforms).
  • Continuously reviewing customer-facing digital content to monitor for copy issues (e.g., typos, grammar, and style) and FTC compliance (e.g., claims, accuracy, etc.).
  • Writing scripts for brand videos, including product benefit videos, ads, and long-form multimedia content.
  • Crafting compelling and inspirational storylines for email newsletters, blog posts, Instagram stories, and other posts as needed.
  • Supporting the product and sales teams by developing product-driven copy for our wholesale catalog and off-site sales materials.
  • Providing editorial support for ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Ability to repurpose and breathe life into existing content with new perspectives, or syndicate relevant content from others in the space.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with trends in the outdoor sportswear, footwear, and fitness industries is helpful.
  • Minimum 3 years experience writing for CPG, fashion, or lifestyle brands or publications.
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of the principles of SEO and online marketing – particularly performance marketing and advertising.
  • Mastery of the English language and exceptional written and verbal language skills.
  • Ability to quickly capture our brand voice and adapt it to various channels in order to inspire others to take action.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and/or other content management systems.

Pay: The annualized salary for this position ranges between $45,000 – $60,000. 

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.  The range listed is just one component of Xero’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and equity awards.

We are looking for a full time, skilled senior accountant to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. This position will report to our CFO.

A successful senior accountant will be familiar with all accounting procedures and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Duties will include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and closing the books each month. You will also run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. Ultimately, the senior accountant will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

This position is located in our corporate office in the Interlocken area in Broomfield, CO and reports to our Chief Financial Officer. We are seeking local applicants, no relocation offered

Responsibilities

  • Establish the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

  • Analyze complex financial reports and records.

  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.

  • Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.

  • Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.

  • Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.

  • Responsible for monthly financial statements preparation and general ledger account reconciliations.

  • Daily review and entry of bank transactions into the general ledger, which need to be entered accurately and on a timely basis.

  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts including bank reconciliations, general ledger accounts and corporate credit cards.

  • Performing month-end and year-end account reconciliations including preparation of working papers for auditors’ review.

  • Create detailed process documentation, ensuring accounting implications of processes are clearly understood.

  • Maintains the Fixed Assets register.

  • Extensive reporting of scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to parent company for group consolidations.

  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum qualification of a recognized bachelor’s degree in an accounting field, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in the finance and accounting field.

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

  • Highly ethical with the ability to work cooperatively with other departments without compromising internal controls.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong analytical aptitude.

The job is first shift plus and occasional weekend. Our warehouse is located in east Denver near I-70 and Havana. Some of the duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Picking/packing direct-to-consumer orders
  • Fulfilling wholesale and Amazon orders
  • Processing returns and exchanges
  • Unloading shipping container and trailers
  • Sorting and restoring returned product
  • Organizing stock and maintaining inventory
  • Inspecting products for defects and damages
  • Initiating quality control checks on incoming products and outbound shipments

The successful candidate will have at least two (2) years of warehouse experience including warehouse management systems using scanners in a warehouse or shipping environment. Experience with Ship Hero is a plus.
