Q: What's different between the Prio, HFS, and Speed Force?

The Prio is our best-selling "do almost anything" shoe -- running, hiking, working out, you name it. With a durable upper, it provides a bit more protection. The Speed Force is our lightest, "most barefoot" shoe. More feedback as you step and a mesh upper that holds like a glove, you get a "barely there" experience. The HFS is lighter than the Prio, more rugged than the Speed Force. The HFS's sole has a tire tread-inspired sole that's made to handle roads and have extra traction. The huarache-inspired midfoot and instep straps are "hiding" behind a protective welded material. And the moisture wicking lining for extra comfort and breathability.

Q: How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate , you'll be able to enter an email address for the recipient. You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like. You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Like the shoe, issues with shoelaces and customer support

I actually really like the shoes. My friend recommended them to me. I’ve worn them a couple of times at the gym doing light workouts (elliptical and walking on the treadmill). I noticed that part of one of the shoe laces was already fraying. Not sure if they were like that originally or frayed after being worn. I reached out to customer service on a Tuesday asking if they have replacement laces because you’d think the laces would hold up. They responded on a Saturday saying that they do not keep inventory of shoe laces and recommended I purchase new shoe laces from an independent retailer such as Famous Footwear or Walmart. I can’t even return or exchange the shoes because I’ve worn them. Just left feeling overall disappointed and frustrated. I’ll still wear the shoes but will not be buying any more pairs and will not recommend them to family and friends.

Women shoes

After working a 12 hour shift on my feet I cannot wait to get home to take them off my feet ache and tingle. I tried to give them a month to see if I would get used to how flat they are very disappointed will not be repurchasing again

Love them!

This is my first pair of HFS and I love them. The color is pretty and they are very comfortable. I haven’t gone running in them yet, I’ve just done some HIIT type workouts but I plan to order more when I can.

So comfortable!

Love these! Great look as well. I’m in my early 80’s and walk 2-3 miles daily. I’ve been wearing Altra shoes for years….also quite comfortable. The extra cushioning in the Altra is good on paved surfaces. I’m looking forward to wearing these HFS II, recommended by my trainer son. They fit well on my bunion feet and cradle my very narrow heel! I wear a 10 in Altras but need a 10.5 in Xero as they run a bit small for me!
