Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Helped relieve ankle pain

My child struggles with painful ankles. After being assessed by a physical therapist, I was told their pain was from the posterior tibialis muscle. They sent us away with a couple stretches and a "prescription" for Xero shoes. After just a couple days, the pain is gone and hasn't returned in weeks. By using the muscles in their feet and ankles (instead of resting in shoes with an overabundance of cushion), they built strength and no longer suffers! We are sold on these shoes.

A little disappointed

This is the third time ordering these shoes, however this time the toe box seems very tight and I must release the laces A LOT in order to have some comfort on my feet. Then I can barely tie the laces. In other purchases, I’ve not had this problem with my high instep. I will not be ordering them again.

Indestructible, I'd rate a 10 if it was an option

I've had these running shoes for a few years now and use them for more technical trail runs. I had to buy these shoes when I injured my toe barefoot running and unfortunately needed to switch to wearing shoes to prevent re-injuring my toe. I looked at so many barefoot running shoes and a girl I met on a trail in Arizona told me about this brand so I decided to try it. Right out of the box they were comfortable - no break in period, but I was used to running with no shoes so had tough feet. At over 200 miles on the shoes I've gotta say these shoes are the best running shoes I've ever had. The original insoles wore out pretty fast so I replaced those but they were comfortable on rough terrain, they just didn't hold up to getting wet constantly. The original round laces don't work well in wet weather, even triple-knotted they'd always come untied, so I also replaced those. Other than those issues, the shoes are absolutely amazing. I've run on uneven ground, in the hot sun, rocky terrain, thick vegetation, mud, water, you name it and the soles and body of the shoes still look new! I've even done parts of trails where I had to climb on sharp rocks and I thought for sure the soles would have gotten torn up but they didn't! Some runs I do for hours in the exposed sun and the shoes don't seem to break down in UV light or salty air. The shoes are so comfortable for long runs in hot or cold weather. I love that they provide protection for my feet but feel like I'm not wearing shoes. Even when they're soaking wet from mud or rain, they form to my feet and don't rub or cause blisters. I want to buy another pair but this pair I feel has at least 200 more miles in them so will continue to use them. If you're looking for a great pair of trail running shoes, try these! XeroShoes, please never stop making high quality running shoes, I want to wear your brand for life!
