Xero Shoes Return Policy

If you aren’t sure about the fit of your shoes or sandals, or if you are experiencing other issues,
contact our Customer Happiness Team so we can help!

  • We accept products for exchange or return that are in brand new, unworn and unaltered condition
    within 45 days of the original order date.
  • Shoes and sandals that have been worn outside do not qualify for exchange or return.
  • Be sure to inspect the product before returning, and include the original packing materials.
  • Your request will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. 

U.S. Exchanges

We offer free shipping for all U.S. exchanges! Just follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out and include your Packing Slip in the return package.
  2. Use the form below to look up your order and create a prepaid label:
  • Choose Exchange as the Return Reason to send product back for a different size, style or color.
  • Choose Exchange as the Return Reason if you are sending product back, and then placing a new order to get a different size, style or color.

U.S. Returns

We know that some large companies offer free return shipping, and we hope someday we’re big enough to do the same. Until then, please follow the return instructions below.

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment, or as store credit. 

  1. Fill out and include your Packing Slip in the return package.
  2. Use the form below to look up your order and create a prepaid label:
  • Choose Courtesy Return as the Return Reason to send product back for a refund. A $9.99 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.* Refunds include the product price only.
  • Choose Exchange as the Return Reason if you are sending product back, and then placing a new order to get a different size, style or color. You will not be charged for the label if you provide your new order number with your return.



*If you are returning a lightweight item (anything under 1 lb), you may get a better rate at your local post office.

International Exchanges

We are not able to offer free shipping on exchanges for international orders (including APO, FPO and DPO addresses). If you need to exchange or return from an international location, follow these steps:
