Caring for your Kelsos

To clean your Kelsos, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Kelso in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

These are super comfy. I got them to replace my vivobarefoot shoes which were too thin for standing long hours at work. I feel like I'm walking on a cloud now, but still feel like I'm getting the benefits of a barefoot style shoe. Love them!

Stylish practical durable court shoes

I made the switch to barefoot shoes a few months ago and now have 2 pairs of Xero shoes. I got this Kelso model specifically for playing tennis in, although they also make a brilliant everyday wear smart sneaker. The wide toe box, lateral support, lightweight flexibility with a herringbone sole pattern offer a great combination for tennis. I’ve played competitive matches in these shoes and have enjoyed the close contact ground feel. I actually feel more stable and less prone to ankle roll because my feet can spread out and turn more naturally. I’m looking forward to more court sport specific models in the future. I’ve been able to play in these Kelso shoes for 3 hours on hard courts with no adverse effects, although I am of lightweight build. I like the more secure feel of the leather and suede, which also mold to your feet and make these Kelso shoes a very comfortable; no break in needed either. I’ll be getting another pair for sure.

Kelso-Women great for Pickleball

This shoe is the perfect shoe for playing pickleball. It has great heel support for stability during side movements, wide enough toe box to enable the engagement of toes during play and just the right amount of sole traction for a gym and pickleball court surfaces. Plus it’s nice looking!

Bring Back the HFS

The shoe is too thick for my preference. The thickness made it look even wider. HFS was my favorite. The sole and top material were more minimal making the shoe still look good on a woman and have that minimal feel on the ground which is why I buy xero shoes. I tried a smaller size but still too chunky. I tired another type of xero but wasn’t crazy about that either. With the $10 restocking fee for each shoe, I’m done ordering. Customer service points go down in my book when a company charges me to “try on” a shoe. It’s a hassle for me too to return. If you bring back the HFS I will order. For now, I am taking a break from Xero's and it’s possible that I am done. I was a huge fan of your HFS.
