Caring for your Nexus Knit

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Nexus in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Comfy Top but Stiff Noisy Sole

While I find these shoes very comfortable to wear (as a wide foot, high arch individual), I won’t win any stealth competitions by trying to sneak up on anyone…very noisy on hardwood or other hard surface floors. You’d receive a 110% A+ rating if the soles were quieter to walk around in…any chance a softer gum sole is being considered?

Too snug for the foot

I really wanted to love these, but the moment I put them I felt they were way too narrow and tight (I don’t have wide or large feet). It didn’t feel like a barefoot shoe because they are way too tight and squeeze the foot extremely snuggly. A barefoot shoe should make you feel like you aren’t cramped and have some space to move around. The bottom of the shoe is also extremely loud when it hits the floor and makes it sound like you are wearing loud high heels which is a little embarrassing. Sadly, I’ll have to return these.

Fabulous

I have a pair of prios that I bought YEARS ago. They have been great. Recently I purchased the nexus knit and I absolutely love them. I like them even better than the prios, as the fabric of the shoe is knit and it stretches with my foot. I appreciate the wide toe box in particular. I mainly use these at the gym when I am strength training. If I could train barefoot I would, but this is the next best thing. And they are super cute!

Love my new Nexus knits!

I love these! I’m actually loving the feeling of wearing any of my newly found Xero’s. I don’t think I’ve ever had a shoe that I didn’t have to “break in” until I found Xero’s. These are a nice color, not navy but not light blue, they don’t show dirt much at all, and they are very comfortable.
