Q: How do I send a gift certificate?

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Nexus in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Okay, feels in between sizes

I'm normally a size 7 and while they sort of fit, I feel like as I walk, my foot starts to slide forward and toes touch the front of shoe which is a harder material. Tend to have to slide my foot back to give toes more room as it gradually moves. And I feel like 7.5 may be too big. Haven't tried running in them yet but they are quite flat and would just use these on days I'm lifting. Feet felt a bit sore the first day of wearing them around the house but perhaps I'm just not used to minimal type shoes.

Nice design but had some flaws

I initially purchased the Nexus Knit in my usual size in Xero Shoes because they were well designed and I wanted to buy something that looked sporty but casual at the same time. I tried them out for 2 days but I found that it was too tight around the metatarsal area and I could not adjust the width with the laces. I could not stand the feeling of these shoes rubbing on my toes anymore so I returned them. I wanted to like them but they were not wide enough, which is a shame. I saw that there were other reviews echoing the same issue about the width, so I hope there will be improvements to these shoes in the near future!
