Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Caring for your Kelsos

To clean your Kelsos, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Kelso in the washing machine or dryer.

Comfort out of the box

I am new to barefoot shoes. After 10+ years of brutal plantar fasciitis that never resolved, the (terrible) decision to have bunionectomy and gastrocnemius recession surgeries at the same time, and resulting pain a year+ post-surgery, I came to the mind blowing awareness that my foot and calf woes were from wearing the wrong shoes my entire life. I literally was never barefoot, would start my day slipping into Vionic slippers and then into a Hoka sneaker. Now with a few simple adjustments--wearing toe separators a few hours a day, walking barefoot as much as possible, and wearing barefoot shoes, my plantar fasciitis pain is GONE and my entire body feels better (hips, feet, even up to my shoulders). I ordered three pairs of Xero shoes to try the styles, intending to return what I didn't like, and I kept all three! These Kelso's were the ones I thought I'd return just because, "Do I really need three pairs?" and the answer is a resounding YES! After trying them on, they remained on my feet the rest of the day because they felt so good, plus they're super cute.

Tongue detached

Unfortunately, the tongue detached on the second time I wore the shoes. I am very surprised that for $110, the shoes only have a tongue that is glued on. So, seems to be poorly made.

Actually fit!

These took no time to break in. I’ve tried and returned several types of barefoot shoes, and I decided to order these before throwing in the towel. They fit wonderfully, even with my narrow feet. I bought my normal shoe size. I love how they feel and, they pass for more typical street shoes.

A must have!

I own many pairs of Xero shoes and love them all. I was unsure about getting pink shoes, but they are only faintly pink with a slight grey undertone. They are actually quite neutral and can be worn with anything. The materials make them a little sturdier than some of the other Xero shoesI wear. These are now my favorite go-to casual sneakers for jeans and shorts.
