Q: How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate , you'll be able to enter an email address for the recipient. You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like. You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

With a new 10mm FeelTrue® sole, rugged dual chevron tread which includes 3.5mm lugs, as well as an embedded TrailFoam™ layer for added comfort and protection, the new Xcursion Fusion was designed to provide even more grip and control without sacrificing the ground feel and feedback you’d expect from Xero Shoes.

We’ve tucked our Huarache-inspired tension straps under a sleek new welded upper so you can get a snug fit with even more abrasion resistance. Caring for your Xcursion Fusions

To clean your Xcursion Fusions, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Xcursion Fusion in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Waterproof Hiking Boots

I’ve now purchased 5 different pairs of Xero Shoes, it is the only brand of shoes I will wear from now on. They’re comfortable, they’re lightweight, they’re breathable, they fit true to the seize recommended on their website per shoe. I hope to one day partner with them being an affiliate marketer. 10/10 recommend!

Love the shoes but the shoes don't love me

These xcursions have been the perfect shoe for my lifestyle. It was a busy year and I wore the shoes out in 9 months to the point that they were unwearable. I reached out to Xero to see if they had a shoe that might hold up better and they informed me that the shoe gave out within the warranty and they sent me a new pair. These shoes were a costly investment for me and this level of customer service is much appreciated. I would prefer if the shoes were made here in our country; they'd still be worth the higher price point.
