Caring for your Phoenix Leather

Since this version of the Phoenix has a leather upper, it’s a good idea to use a leather conditioner every few months, or as needed if the leather looks dry or dull.

To clean your Phoenix, use any commercially available leather cleaner and follow up with a leather conditioner. For tough spots, gently scrub with a warm, damp cloth or damp soft bristle brush and allow to air dry. Then follow up with a leather conditioner.

WARNING: It is possible to over-condition, which may result in the leather looking and feeling greasy or oily.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Classy flats for barefoot comfort

Purchased these for a trip where we needed a dressy shoe. These worked great. I certainly will use them all the time now. I even used without socks in warm weather and no problems. This is truly a must have shoe for travel.

Love them

My first pair of "barefoot" shoes, and I love them. I got my usual 6.5 size, though maybe in the future I'll get a second pair but in 7s so there's more wiggle room for my toes. But the 6.5 size is comfy and perfect for the office, and also for casual looks with jeans. I attached an elastic to the sole to mimic a Mary Jane type shoe that's trendy right now, and I love it. So glad I could find this style of shoe for my foot health.

I bought the black shoes with my first order of Xero Shoes, along with several other styles (I bought the brown ones afterwards and those had to be sent back. They were not a size 6. They were either a 5 or 5.5). I finally wore them for the first time recently for a short errand. I found these to be only ok. They are stiff. Maybe with future wears they will become softer? The back of my heel was starting to feel a bit raw by the time I left the store (I had only had the shoes on for 90 minutes at most). I found my big toe nail to be slightly rubbing on the leather above it. I even commented in the parking lot when leaving the store, "These aren't near as comfy as their sneaker shoes." So for a nicer pair of shoes to wear with my dresses.....the search continues.
