Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

These are my first ever pair of barefoot/minimalist shoes. I got them after having problems with just about every other shoe I had ever tried, the toe box being a constant issue. I wear this one pair of shoes for almost everything now, they have ruined me for all of my old shoes. I wear them to work every day even though they’re not non slip (can’t afford the non slip version yet) because they are just that comfortable. My muscles are still growing and adjusting to zero drop, and sometimes that does hurt or cause soreness, but overall nothing is worse than all of the foot prisons I own that aren’t this one pair of shoes. It’s amazing how proper foot posture activates and properly uses the leg muscles, and especially! The glutes!! I wore my old favorite pair of shoes (tactical boots) out on trails today and they felt disgusting after almost exclusively wearing the Prio Neo for a few months. The blisters and deformed toenails on my little toes are healing from years of constant battering, which I never really thought possible. I love this shoe.

Zero shoes are amazing!

This is my third pair of Xero shoes. I got my first pair 3 years ago and I’m still wearing them. I bought the first pair (Prio) for powerlifting and loved them so much I started wearing them all the time. The second pair and also my most recent pair (Prio Neo) I bought so I would have a variety. They are all great shoes. I am 63 years young and these shoes have been great for my feet.

I forget I have shoes on!

This is my first experience with barefoot shoes. I was hesitant and took me a few months to give them a try. I Love these shoes. I stand straighter. When I walk my knees do not hurt. No more foot cramping. I always take my shoes off when I’m in the house and sometimes I forget that they are on because it feels like I’m barefoot. The shoes fit perfect! I choose Xero shoes because I liked that the company was in Colorado, the shoes were reasonably priced, I did not have to measure my foot and there are a variety of styles. Thanks for developing an excellent shoe!! P.S. I’m even thinking about running again!

Love these newer designs!

The original Xero designs just didn't work for me. With a more narrow foot, I had way too much lateral movement. I gave them another try and found two styles that still have the barefoot, wider toe box but fit my foot appropriately. I'm in love - so glad Xero design team released these!! Encouraged my husband to also get two pairs (he has the same issue w/ the early designs too). I bought two pairs recently when I was looking for a sprinting flat for the track - ended up keeping them both pairs for different purposes. I liked the Prio Neo for lifting, HIIT, and they did great on my trail/road walks. Bonus - less sweaty feet hiking bc they're so breathable and lightweight.
