On December 30, 2021, the Marshall Fire ignited in Boulder County and spread rapidly — quickly becoming Colorado’s most destructive wildfire in history, in terms of buildings destroyed.
Xero Shoes is grateful our office was not among the buildings lost to the Fire. Unfortunately, there were over 1,000 homes destroyed. Given how much our community was impacted, we donated $20,000 to the local relief effort and helped replace what folks had lost in what way we could by offering a special discount for those effected. Although applications have closed, we are pleased to have helped over 40 local families through our Marshall Fire program.
