To clean your Phoenix, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Phoenix in the washing machine or dryer.

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Finally a ballet flat that fits

I tried multiple models and was never quite satisfied with the fit. The Phoenix are soooo comfy. The material fits like a glove but is sturdy enough so I don't slip to the front. Please bring out some more colors for sping season.

LOVE them - and sizing feels true to me!

For a long time I have been trying to find a lightweight, stashable flat (with a wide toebox!) to keep in my purse for when my feet inevitably get tired of wearing heels. These are awesome!!! Actually a little more structured (less collapsible) than I expected, but it turns out I like that (and definitely still small and light enough for my purse). I measure up at a 6.5-7 but wear anywhere between 6.5 and 9 depending on the brand and style. I ordered a 7 in these and crossed my fingers... the fit is perfect. When I first put them on, I was worried they might be too big because they didn't feel snug/tight... but that's the whole point! My toes have a little wiggle room, and still my heels don't slip out when I walk. I am so pleased with them. Thank you Xero!

Narrow toebox

I like the Phoenix Knit in black. I love how the heel doesn't pop off when you're walking however the toebox is too narrow. I was pleased with customer service helping me understand the sizing to see what other shoe might work for me.

Oh no, first Xero shoes I hate

These fit really weird! I'm size 42 EU and my husband is 43 EU. I got a size 11 women's which usually fits me in Xero shoes (I have several and they are excellent.) These are too long for my feet, even with thick socks. On my husband, they fit okay but crush his toes. Left it at 2 stara because they look nice, but it just seems like they aren't comfortable or functional in the way we know Xero shoes to be.

Runs a bit small

I was super excited to finally find an attractive professional flat from a minimalist shoe company and love the look and feel of this shoe. Unfortunately, I ordered my normal 9.5 size per the recommendation and they're too short. I'm still waiting for them to be restocked so I can order a 10 and hope those will fit without being too wide. I have narrow feet and the width of the 9.5 fit well.

Wish they worked for me.

I ordered my usual size 9 but the fit is off. My toe hits the box but my feet slide out when I walk since the ankle is so loose! I feel like I'm scrunching my toes to try to keep them on. I emailed customer service about whether I should order a half size down or try the leather since they have extra grip around the ankle - I will try to call since I haven't received a response. I love the look and material though.

WOW! Love at first try

These are my 2nd pair of xero shoes, I have the Jesse in a size 8. For the Phoenix (in black knit) I ordered my regular shoe size (8.5) and they fit perfectly! These flats are DREAMY. I opened the box, put them on and walked out the door and didn't think about them once. No blisters. Wish I had gotten the leather ones too while the sale was still going! The style is great, looks like a normal flat. My big toe does touch the top of the shoe currently but I imagine they will break in a bit? Feels better now than when I first put them on.

Too Large

I normally wear an 11. These are a bit too long, but also very wide. I do have a pretty narrow foot, so if you have a normal to wide foot they'd probably be fine, but I would still recommend ordering a half size down. Not sure if I'll exchange because I don't forsee the 10.5 being narrow enough. Other than that, comfortable high-quality shoe. I just don't think they work for me.

So close to perfect

Surprisingly these shoes stay on, without cramping my toes width-wise. Unfortunately they are a bit tall in the back for me, scratching my ankles, and the toe box is a little short height-wise, rubbing on the top of my big toe. That said - they are as close to perfect that I can find, so they are keepers! Thanks Xero!

Wanted to Love these...they run BIG

I really wanted to love these, but they seem to run very large. I typically wear a 6.5 in rounded flats and a 7 in pointed flats. I ordered a 6.5 but these are huge. I am not sure if I would need a 6 or even a 5.5. I would exchange, however, they are sold out of everything but a size 10...which will not work for me. These are extremely flat, as in no interior support. I don't know if they would feel comfortable all day long or not. I am a nurse practitioner and am on my feet all day. As a nurse, I would wear Danskos with scrubs. Now that I wear business casual, I don't want to wear clodhoppers, so I thought to try these. I think I will try again when they have the sizes back in. They are cute and lightweight.
