Caring for your Nexus Knit

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Nexus in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Most comfy wide toe box shoes with the right amount of cushion

I have had zero drop shoes in the past. They had a wide toe box to fit my flat, wide feet; but there was basically no type of cushion. So happy I bought these shoes. Not only does it have a wide toe box, the sizing is accurate, and it has just enough padded support. They are great looking shoes. Let’s see how durable these shoes are. Hoping they will make high tops?

Great shoes and great customer service

Love the nexus knit shoes. They are comfortable and fit well. I use them often. Customer service has been great. I needed a new size and was exchanging my shoes. I accidentally shipped them to another company where I was exchanging another item. I informed Xero and they were happy to wait while I was able to locate the shoes I was trying to return. With patience, xero waited to receive the shoes I was trying to exchange and were able to give me a refund so I could repurchase my size. Thanks again for the great experience.

First pair of barefoot shoes- never going back

I LOVE these shoes. It’s my first pair and I already feel the difference in the health and strength of my feet. I am also pairing my shoe change with foot strengthening exercises. I have the gold and the color is definitely a head turner when I go out. They are comfortable in the gym for weight training and walking throughout the day. All around great shoe!!

Perfect shoes!

My first Xero shoes and I love them. The Nexus knit is lightweight and easy to slip on and off. The material is durable and the fit is super comfortable. I thought it would take a while to get used to the ‘bare foot’ feeling but its similar to not wearing shoes, just with a little more support.

too small

I have been wearing a xero shoe for years. I needed a new one, so I ordered the same size that I had been wearing. This shoe is significantly more narrow and somewhat shorter. I have the all-knit shoe, which has been fabulous, but it has been discontinued.
