Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Amazing shoes-- they are what you hope they'd be!

These are great shoes. I needed a pair which was able to do hours of walking a day in cities, forests, and mountains, and they needed to dry out in a day. If I was lucky, they'd be comfortable and have some sort of airflow. These passed with flying colors! The minimal support and wider toe box make all the difference, and the fun styles and designs available are going to keep me a customer for a long time. They clean pretty well, too.

Unbelievably comfortable!

I put them on and I never want to take them off! The very best spot show I’ve ever worn. I have arthritis and unhappy feet-I’ve been wearing these all day long and they’re remarkable for the long term comfort. Will purchase more!

Not for rocks

The things I like about these shoes are the fit, flexibility, and lightness of the shoes. Sadly, they are tough to wear on the rocky roads I run on. I run on public lands roads near my house at the reservoir. I live in Central Montana. I have narrow, low volume feet and so I sometimes feel rocks in my arch area and the like. I even replaced the insoles with thicker Dr. Scholls. Still a bit rough. The bottoms of my feet sting after the run. I've been wearing barefoot shoes for 1.5 years, and running in another brand for 3 months. I don't know if my feet will ever toughen up to feel comfortable running without scanning where to put my feet. Wish I could return them.

Best shoe ever!

This is the first Xero shoe I’ve bought and they are amazing. I have had a lot of problems in the past with shoes and feet pain. These are life changing and I look forward to walking more and being outside.

Great for my feet!

This is my first pair of xero Trail shoes and I love them! I worn other wider shoes for my toes, but these are slightly more flexible, and I really feel my entire foot, including my toes as I hike or run. This is important because I was starting to develop bunions.
