Caring for your Kelsos

To clean your Kelsos, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Kelso in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Nice shoes

Great shoes that would be comfortable on practically anyone’s feet, just not my weirdly shaped ones. The tongue was too log and it scrapped my ankles but it’s probably not the fault of the shoes. Had to return and the process was seamless and painless. Will try again with a different style. Really love the zero drop.

Forgot to mention: sizing, consider ordering down

Forgot to mention that I’ve grown from a women’s 9.5 to an 11 after lots of races and a few marathons. I was very uncertain so I used the templates and bought a 10.5. I like plenty of toe room…probably why my other shoes have continued to get bigger. The 10.5 is PERFECT. They’re substantially shorter in length than my Asics and Hokas, so u was shocked at how much room my toes had. I suppose you need less shoe when you’re not smashing all your toes together into a traditional narrow shape. My toes don’t touch the fronts and have room to wiggle, but the heel hugs nicely and they don’t look big or goofy at all. They actually look compact and really cute. So if you’re used to buying a size largely bc of toe room, both in front and on the sides, consider sizing down a bit. My Prios are an 11, and honestly are big on me, but I don’t mind since I don’t work out in them. The Kelso is a sturdier material, and I’m surprised but thrilled that a half size down was perfect!

In love w my Kelsos!! Get. These. Shoes.

This is my second pair of Xeros and first pair of Kelsos. I use my Prios for general wear and got these for pickleball. I was hesitant, as I’m tall and athletic, so I’ve always worn shoes with lots of cushioning and I have hypermobile joints, so lateral support is critical. Just WOW. You couldn’t have convinced me before I put them on…but these feel 1,000x better than my best court shoes! They fit beautifully. With just the regular laces, my toes don’t slide and hit the front, and I have no more numbness from laces pressing the top of my foot. I was shocked at the amount of comfort the thin, honeycomb insole provides! I tend to land hard, and my feet feel less sore and more stable in these than any shoe I’ve worn on court. I’m truly stunned and I adore these! They’re so comfy for walking and general wear…and I have larger feet…size 11 in Asics…so I’m conscious of how shoes look. These are ridiculously cute, and somehow my feet look smaller! They’re shorter than my asics and my toes are able to move. I feel more stable, less clumsy, more aware and secure in l my movement. I sprained an ankle once just landing hard, so I was nervous. But I feel so much less general impact in these shoes. Brilliant! I honestly can’t say enough about these shoes. I learned about Xero via Temi Fagbenle, as we are big Temi & WNBA fans!! I’m grateful and forever changed bc of these shoes - please always make the Kelsos and keep these awesome colors (off white w the blue trim) on the shelf - they are the GOAT.
