Caring for your Dillon

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Dillon in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Surprised - In a good way!

I didn't know what to expect of my first pair of barefoot shoes. I had heard they take getting used to and that they're not for everyone, etc. I have loved these from the first day and feel so much more sure-footed when I wear them - even outdoors on uneven ground. I even wore them camping and so they've had their first wash. I've ordered 3 more pairs to fit various needs and can't wait to get them!

Uncomfy

I'm honestly pretty disappointed. I was excited about having a more subtle pair of barefoot shoes, but these are uncomfortable! My toes are fine - it's my heels that hurt after walking around. I'm going back to my rubber shoes that absorb impact better.

Surprised at how comfortable these are!

I wasn't sure what to expect of Xero shoes. I decided barefoot shoes would be the healthiest for my feet and had been exploring them for months, but was afraid they wouldn't be comfortable and would take a lot of adjustment time. I was surprised! From day one I've been able to wear my Dillon shoes for entire days at work! I could wear them into the evening, except I prefer being barefoot as soon as I'm home. I've already ordered more pairs as I want to wear Xero shoes all the time now.

Wide though wish they were washable

I love that they have a wide toe box. I was not impressed with the laces that can be replaced. I do wish they were washable versus spot cleaned.
