Caring for your Dillon

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Dillon in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Love them buying them for the second time

Love these shoes for their comfort, style and everyday use. I train in them, wear them out, they are my ‘on my feet 99% of the time’ shoe. I had my last pair for 2 years so really happy with how they’ve worn as well.

Summer cuties

Really comfortable, retro styling. I got these to wear this summer instead of my usual black everything. The material was different than I expected, looks more like a mesh than a solid woven, but I really like them. Very comfortable of course too!

Love, love, love my Dillon shoes! They are super comfortable and did not require being broken in. I was able to wear them on a trip with tons of walking and they were the best! I got them in white so they would match everything. They are cute and comfy. Had to return my normal size to get a half size bigger and they made the return process so easy!

Love my Dillon shoes

Xero shoes are very comfortable, I like the fact that they are very wide and I can wear the toe spacers in it, the Dillon shoes are my second pair I have bought from Xero, the first pair I bought are leather and they are even more comfortable than the Dillon; I surely hope they will make more leather shoes, different colors. I recommend Xero shoes to everyone that wants comfort
