Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

(Purchased for my husband, his review here): These are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn, right close to the Nexus Knit. They are a great all-around trainer (mainly used for gym workouts). The one issue I have is the strap. I have normal feet (not small or large in diameter, just normal), yet the strap’s Velcro is in a place that seems like only large feet will benefit. As it is, it’s just a decoration. It needs to be improved by making the Velcro extend along more of the strap so varying sized feet can benefit from the strap.

Outstanding Shoes With One Small Flaw

I was over the moon a few years ago when minimalist shoes were the popular thing and you could get them from most major brands. Now the tides have shifted in the other direction and gigantic, puffy soles are all the rage. It's really quite unfortunate for most who understand the positive impacts of knee and ankle health that a minimalist shoe provides. I was at the gym about 2 weeks ago and I noticed one of the trainers wearing a pair of shoes with a branding I'd never heard of. I asked her about them, and she was more than happy to tell me about her Xero shoes! I was, of course, more than happy to learn about them as well! As soon as I got home, I looked them up online to see if I could find a set in my size. Anticipating paying a hefty premium for such a thing, I was shocked at just how affordable many of the models were, and I easily found a pair in my size, in a colorway that fit my style, for less than I'd paid for shoes in years! I've done a few group classes in these now, and also a few leg days. I can state with certainty that if balance and functional fitness are your focus, you will love these shoes! I wear a 10.5 in most manufacturers, and 10.5 fit me perfectly with Xero too. The only draw-back, and the reason for the 4-star review, is I can't snug the Velcro strap quite tightly enough for my liking. I have very average-sized feet and if I snug them up as tightly as I'd like, I'm past the Velcro pad on the strap. That aside, these are spectacular shoes for my needs and I will likely buy many pair in the future! Thanks for understanding fitness, Xero!

Honestly the quality is not good. I started wearing them but on third day, the foot patch inside the shoe came out. I don’t think it was properly fixed during manufacturing. I’m really not satisfied. Thank you.
