Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Good once inserts removed

Happy with these shoes after I removed the sole inserts. Originally I was dismayed to find that the shoes were too tight in the insole and I had no ground feel. Now they are comfortable, my feet don’t sing like they do in my prios, but I am happy

Absolutely great!

I just received the Dillon canvas slip-ons in white. I’d been wanting a classic looking pair of summer sneakers for a while, but I wanted a barefoot shoe that was lightweight and super flexible. I’m glad I waited until I saw these. I was a bit worried about sizing, but followed your suggestion and ordered my regular size. They fit perfectly and there is no toe bumping in front. I am super pleased.. I am 78, and I think a thin, zero-drop sole really does help with my balance , and my gait, so that I have less back and knee soreness. Great shoe.

I have other Xero Shoes but these are my first Dillons and first slip-on shoes in many years. Fully satisfied with the way the slide on easily but also stay in place.

I bought 2 pair. One fit perfectly, but the other was a bit too small. I originally wanted to exchange them for a half size up. After dealing with the return process—I changed my mind about both the show, and the company. The return window is too short. I live rurally, having to drive an hour each way to a city. When I walked into a UPS store with the shoes, the return code had expired—and it was not even a whole week. It was not printed with a visual expiration date. The UPS person had to tell me. I sent an email, did some errands, and never got a reply that the return had been reactivated. Two days later, someone responded. It took two days to get the second return code processed. I immediately drove an hour each way for the sole purpose of returning these shoes while the return code was good. Originally, I want to exchange sizes. After all this drama and effort, I asked for a refund once these shoes were returned. I have now taken Xero out of my email and text notifications. I will NEVER buy another pair of your shoes. I don’t EVER want to hear from you again. Xero is dead to me.

Definitely not accommodating for Wide Feet!

I was so excited to find shoes that would fit my feet. I thought Xero understood wide feet. No. If you have wispy, thin, low volume feet, then these just might be great for you. As for me, I have thick, wide Flintstone Feet good for paddling. There was no cramming my foot in this shoe. I’m so disappointed.
