Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

Caring for your Aqua X Sports

To clean your Aqua X Sports, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Aqua X Sport in the washing machine or dryer.

Almost perfect

I LOVE the quality of these shoes and can't wait for the snow to melt so I can give them a comprehensive test run. The only reason they fall short of perfection for me, is I wish they had a slightly wider toe box. I considered exchanging them for a men's but ultimately decided to stick with the women's, because they fit great though the heel and arch, it's JUST the toe box that feels a little slimmer than I would prefer. But not in a deal breaking way. Removing the insole helped give a tiny bit extra wiggle space. Just wish they had the same roominess of the Oswego.

Sparrow Aqua X Sport...Outstanding!

Okay, Let me start by saying that ALL ZERO SHOES (to me!) are exceptional! I kept trying to figure out what color sparrow was, and then it came to me...sparrows are brown with some other neutral shadings! When I opened the box, I couldn't have been more excited and delighted! The color is a taupe/brown/beige! Absolutely gorgeous!!! Needless to say...I have every color of the Aqua X Sport style! Steven and Lena, keep up the "GREAT CREATIVE FUNCTIONALITY."

Love my xero

I am so happy with my xero shoes, wearing them both inside the house and outdoor. Nearly forget taking them of when going to bed. And I do not feel any pain in my knee.

Great all-purpose travel shoes!!!

I’ve found these to be my favorite all-purpose travel shoes. I’ve been travelling through Morocco, and they’ve served me well on cobblestone city roads as well as mountainous trails. They’ve gotten soaking wet, and still dry quickly. I’m ready to find one more shoe that gives me some more hiking stability, but overall these are my favorite shoes.(plus the blue ones are extra special and receive many compliments!)

The Xero Aqua x Sport shoes are helpful as I regain my ability to walk after spinal fusion surgery. I was having difficulty walking with shoes on until I tried the Xero shoes. These shoes have had great therapeutic benefits as I recover from a spinal cord injury and fusion surgery.

Very comfortable

Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, also very nice to run in. I can also tell my feet are using there muscles more intensely than before, it really is like being bear foot but without pain from sharp rocks

these are wonderful shoes. roomy around the toes, and snug around the top of arch and heel. i have high strong arches, which still tend to cramp and stiffen while transitioning to barefoot wear over the past two years. although the shoes do not have arch support, i feel the intelligent presence of the shoe as an awareness my arch may strengthen flexibly from. my feet feel secure and yet free for toe movement and pliability, as well as rotational motions through my arch and talus... for me very significant. i am wearing them now in northern west coast rainy autumn weather, and their sole grip is something i may rely on.
