Caring for your Aqua Clouds

Because of the TrailFoam™ in the Aqua Cloud, these need a bit of extra attention. Do not leave the sandals in hot cars or exposed to intense or direct sunlight. This could cause the TrailFoam™ to deform and is not covered by our warranty.

To clean your Aqua Cloud sandals, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry (away from direct sunlight).

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Good concept, bad execution

I really wanted to love these especially because I love my other shoes from xero. The closure mechanism really digs in, I keep stepping on the tabs. They slip side to side so bad they are unwearable in anything other than flat ground. Wish I could return them but I had to wear them to find out they were not great

Aqua cloud!

These are exactly what I have been looking for in a sandal. Lightweight but substantial. I barely notice them on my feet! My toes do not have to grip down like in regular sandals and they move with my feet and I didn’t have to worry about them falling off. Locw them!

The string sandals

I found that it broke the first day, the toe holder. You guys were great to send me a replacement now. See if I wanted to do it myself. I did and I tried and it was very frustrating. Took me a couple of hours and overall, I was not happy. But I did eventually get it and I’m using them. I love the sandals. I did not like fixing them.

Awesome, will be great for travel

These are a fantastic pair of shoes. I have been holding off buying cheap flip-flops for summer and glad I did. Super comfy with enough padding that you can still feel when you stand on that awkward stone. 2 downsides the straps at the back are uneven and drag when walking around, the other is the plug for the toe post digs in to the ball of my foot. First is an easy fix but the second may take some discomfort until I get used to it
