Caring for your Prios

To clean your Prios, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Prio in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Most comfortable thing I've ever put on my feet

It's been 25+ years since I bought my first pair of quality running shoes. They were from a big name brand with a fancy checkmark on the side, and they were quite expensive for me...but they were tremendously comfortable. Unfortunately, my pinky toes wore through the outside edges of the fabric on these before long. I wore them, despite the "aftermarket ventilation" because of their comfort and because I was running then. Fast forward 25 years and many attempts to find another pair of shoes that felt as comfortable and could motivate me to reclaim the joy of walking and running. A few years ago I bought another name brand pair of running shoes from a running shoe store, with all kinds of running shoe store wisdom about "pronation" and "heel strike" and all the rest of it, hoping that those shoes would be the answer. But even in those shoes, I struggled with back and hip pain as I switched back and forth from those shoes to my everyday shoes for work, and for working in the yard and such. When I saw an ad for Xero, I decided to try a pair of a style that were on sale (Hana), to see if the whole "zero rise, wide toe box" stuff was all it claimed it was, and if my heels and shins could adjust to it. I VERY quickly fell in love. I just saved up and bought a pair of Prio, and I could not be more excited about these! Honestly, I was nervous. Because of the minimalist-ness of my canvas Hanas, I wasn't sure if the Prio was going to feel too flimsy to feel like a real shoe. The Prios not only feel legit, but when I put them on, I felt like they were custom-designed for my feet...it was almost surreal! I don't know if it is because I have kinda learned how to do the minimalist/ground-feedback thing with my Hanas already or what, but they feel absolutely perfect. I feel like the dude version of Cinderella! No joke, my only concern since the day they arrived has been that one day yall might stop producing them, and then where will I find it's equal??? At any rate, 12 stars! These things are awesome, and you've got a lifetime customer!

Amazing shoe and not going back to my Nano

I have been a Reebok Nano fan and always get them for working out. While the Nano 2 are my favorite I would try the newest iterations. But the Prio are making me even forget I have Nanos. The sole is grippier while the upper feels just like a slipper - something that kept me going back to the Nano 2. These are just overall better and fit everything I do in a manner I always wanted my Nanos to do. Seriously great shoe and I will be ordering more

Best shoes ever

I really don’t know why I didn’t purchase these earlier. So much better than the commercial runners. Having a wide foot base, these shoes cater for that. Now my other shoe are now in the cupboard and redundant. Will definitely buy another pair.

My husband (who has large and flat feet) loves these!

Got these for my husband because he goes through sneakers so quickly. These have held up really well because he has flat, wide feet and there is actually room for his feet to sit comfortably. He isn't pushing the sides of the shoe out with his feet. He wears them almost everyday and since they are black, he is able to wear them for casual dress when he has to go into the office. They are awesome!
