Easy to use, but be careful!

This hole punch is a great addition to the do-it-yourself kit! However, I recommend using gloves while 'punching'. There is an open oval near the bottom of the punch (which can be seen in the photo), and the edges of my punch 'oval' are sharp. During the punching process, my fingers slipped down from the ridged area, and I got a nasty slice. Other than that, no issues. Tap! Punch! Hole!
