Caring for your Xcursion Fusions

To clean your Xcursion Fusions, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Xcursion Fusion in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Great shoes, but I’d recommend dropping the 5000 mile guarantee

Hi, since you asked, I do love the shoes, they way they’re designed for the human foot! My first purchase from you was a pair of Ridgelines. You mentioned a 5000 mile tread guarantee, but within about three or four months of wear the soles had worn through where my socks were getting wet from walking on wet grass and even just wet pavement. I am on my feet a good part of the day, but if I were to actually rack up 5000 miles in even six months that would mean putting in almost 30 miles a day...? My next pair were Dillon slip-ons, which even though your literature recommends ordering my usual size, I wish I had followed your recommendation of a half size larger that you make for your excursions (which I think I bought through Amazon). All this being said, I still like your product so much that I am still a happy customer and will continue looking to you for shoes going forward. Dave

I love these shoes. I wear them whenever I have lots of yard work or when power washing the deck. So comfortable that I forgot I had them on!

These Boots Are Excellent

Xcursion Fusion boots provide good traction in multiple terrains, from dry, sandy trails to slush and snow. They don't have much cushion, so I added insoles, which makes them quite comfortable, even after wearing them all day in cold weather.
