Caring for your Xero Shoes
To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.
All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.
Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.
International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.
Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.
All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

USThose boots are beautiful and lightweight but a little too narrow for one foot with bunion. Had to return, regrettably. Nice customer service.

I absolutely love these! I love the way they fit. They’re so comfortable immediately… I also love my Ridgeways, which is the same soul. These are my new dress shoes go to shoes great for winter spring transition. I’ve been waiting a long time for my size to come in. These were definitely worth waiting for.

I want to love these boots - they were soft from the start, no break-in needed, and supportive enough for a day on my feet. But within less than a month of wear, I had the stitching on the back of the heel of one of the boots come undone. Seems like an odd place to put a seam, and it was disappointing since I've enjoyed wearing them otherwise. I did reach out and customer service was very helpful, but just wanted to warn folks. I got my usual size 9 and these do run just a bit large, but I like that in boots so I can wear thicker socks with them.

After physical therapy to fix a hyper mobile foot that didn’t know how to pronate but was locked in a high arch causing pain, Xero became the most comfortable shoe. Never going back! Got these for dresses, jeans, etc. just wear socks initially to protect your legs where the boot rubs at the top.

A while back I tried the all-famous Blundstone boots, and they killed my feet. I decided to give these a try since I am attracted to Chelsea boots. (I usually go for lace-up boots.) I love how rugged but soft these boots are. I'm connected to the ground, but feel feet-protected. I've accidentally thrown them on when it was sprinkling outside (and yes, totally easy to slip/throw on), and was worried the rain drop splats ruined them a little. But after they dried, I rubbed them with the palm of my hand, and they went pretty much back to normal- their boots, and should look worn if they're worn haha I usually order a size 9 in boots, and an 8.5 in sneakers. I got these in an 8.5 and they feel perfect. I could have ordered a 9 and they would have felt perfect as well, I think. Leather stretches some over time, and they are roomy enough, so 8.5 works great for me. If you have Raynaud's, and suffer in the toes, I highly recommend Xero Shoes all around. Your feet will thank you!
