Shipping

NOTICE:

We’ve shipped Xero Shoes to 94 countries around the world.

We strive to ship orders within one business day of receipt. Due to heavy order volume during a sale or new product launch, it may take longer for your order to ship.

We thank you for your patience as it may take two weeks or longer for your package to arrive.

Domestic:

For domestic shipments, we offer shipping via the US Postal Service and Flat Rate shipping via UPS. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; the cost for each option will be visible at checkout before you complete your order.

All domestic shipments come with tracking.

The Postal Service provides the following estimates for delivery times. They don’t guarantee delivery times for any service except Domestic Priority Mail Express, so if you need your order by a specific date, order early.

  • USPS Ground Advantage  – estimated 4-9 business days – can be slower during high volume mail times
  • USPS Priority Mail – 2 or 3 business days

Our flat rate shipping takes 5-10 business days on average. Please note: Flat Rate packages are shipped via UPS SurePost, then passed off to USPS for the final delivery. In some rare instances, the package could be delivered through UPS Ground as it’s determined by UPS SurePost.

Note: Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will take up to a week longer to arrive.

International:

For international shipments, we offer shipping through DHL or the US Postal Service, but please note both services result in delivery of the package by your local post office.

Full tracking is available for items shipped with DHL International shipping and USPS Priority Express International shipments.

  • DHL Packet Plus – 1-3 weeks average, may take longer depending on receiving country*
  • USPS Ground Advantage- 1-3 weeks average, may take up to 8 depending on receiving country*
  • USPS Priority Mail – 6-10 business days*

*International delivery times may be increased by additional customs processing times at the border. We have been seeing longer than normal times in to Israel at the moment, and ask for patience from all customers with their deliveries to that area.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service.

A note to all International Customers: Please note that some countries require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

A note to our German, Indian, South African and Israeli customers: First Class Packages intermittently experience significant delays. Please allow 8 weeks to receive your shoes using this method if there are postal/DHL slowdowns occurring in your country.
