Xero Shoes Return and Exchange Policy


We accept items for exchange that are still in new, unworn and unaltered condition since we cannot accept worn or used product for exchange.

Free US Exchanges

Xero Shoes is now offering free exchanges on orders within the US!

If you need to exchange for a different size or product, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we’ll email you a prepaid return label. If your return label has a large “F” in the corner, use a plain envelope (not a Priority envelope) to send your shoes back. The label is prepaid, so no need to go to the Post Office!

Once your exchange is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that if you are exchanging for an item with a different price, we will contact you regarding payment of an increase or refund of the difference.

International Exchanges

We are not able to offer free exchanges for international orders (including APO, FPO and DPO addresses). If you would like to exchange from an international destination, please contact us for more information by email at support@xeroshoes.com or phone at 303-447-3100.


US/ International Returns

We accept items for return that are still in brand new, unworn and unaltered condition within 45 days of purchase.  Please include a note with your name, order number and stating you would like a refund.

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will include the product price only and can only be made to the original form of payment, or as store credit.
