Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Very comfortable

I usually wear a size 36.5 or 37. This time I bought size 37, and at first, the width is perfect, the big toe felt a bit tight. but the shoes are very soft, and after wearing them for a few days, they no longer feel tight. They are soft and very comfortable! If I didn’t live overseas, I would have exchanged them for a half size up, next time, I’ll try size 37.5.

First barefoot shoes

This is my first pair of barefoot shoes. I purchased them because I’ve developed a mild bunion on my left foot, and I believe my feet have grown and spread since I’ve been working from home the past 4 years and have only really worn slippers or bare feet! Now, I started working in an office and none of my Numerous pairs of shoes fit me any longer. The pain I had in my left foot associated with the bunion and the new size of my feet made me look at the shoes I was wearing. A lifetime of stiletto heels, sassy little booties, and pointy toed flats has taken its toll! I needed a change, so after tons of online research I placed an order for these shoes. The first day I put them on they felt really strange and I thought they were too big. My toes could wiggle and they felt so wide in the toes! But I tied them up and went for a walk. No heel slippage, no foot pain. Next day, went for a hike in the Virginia mountains, over some rocky and forested terrain, no foot pain. It was Amazing!!! So, I’ve found shoes that make being on my feet a pleasure again, and I’ve ordered the hiking boots, the combat boots, and another pair of sneakers. Looks like 4 pair of shoes are going to take the place of 70, but it’s worth the sacrifice for how good my feet feel! Thank you Xero Shoes!
