An evolution of our best selling road running shoe, the HFS II is even more comfortable, and more stylish.

While we call it a road runner, we know you’ll do much more in it and can’t wait to see the pics of where it takes you and what you do.

Light, Grippier, and Comfier

Like the original HFS, the HFS II is super lightweight (8.3 oz, M9) so you’ll feel like you’re flying down the road. And with a new tire tread-inspired outsole, you’ll feel secure even if you go off road.

HFS II is so comfy, you might forget to take them off at the end of your run – we’ve even had people go to bed still wearing their shoes because they forgot they had them on!

The HFS II sole looks thick, but it’s an illusion.

We’ve added a thin BareFoam™ layer for extra protection and wrapped it, cup-like, around the upper giving the HFS II a more familiar-looking profile.

Made to Last

Like all Xero Shoes, the HFS II has a 5,000 mile sole warranty to outlast typical running shoes that are supposed to be replaced after 200-500 miles.

Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Bad size

I got a HFS II pair that was 0.5 size larger than I typically wear given guidance on website, and shoes were too long / clumsy to wear, so I don't wear them at this point. Took 13 days to receive a reply related to my issue, at which point it was too late to return. Would have also had to pay for shipping for an experimental second pair.

Beautiful new color - same great shoe

I wish I didn't have to endure two-year (or more) cycles for you guys to release cool new colors. Stop playing it so safe. People begged you to remake the yellows for years and you finally did it only to discontinue those, as well as the reds. Why? I promise you that I will buy just about every louder version you release. Have you guys seen this wild new color "purple"? It's rad. Not every dude wants these earthy neutral tones, and you can see the popularity of brighter and more vibrant colors across the entire athletic industry--cycling, running, climbing, etc. Make them loud! We'll buy them.
