Caring for your Aqua X Sports

To clean your Aqua X Sports, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Aqua X Sport in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

So far so good

I’ve only worn these twice, once for a quick break in walk and once for a northern Minnesota sand volleyball game in 40 and rain. The toe box was narrower than expected but shoe is comfortable and worked well.

Stil Adjusting but Happy

Having already been onto the "barefoot" concept, and living life with "foot issues" , I feel hopeful that this approach to Foot Freedom will be great. The shoes are comfortable, if a bit strange for feeling barefoot but having a shoe on. Now to explore hiking boots...

Disappointingly narrow

One of the things I love about Xero shoes is the wide toe box. My feet are wide and need that extra space. These are very narrow in comparison to my Prios of the same size. When I first got them and tried them on, they felt snug across my foot (length was fine), but I assumed that taking a walk would break them in and loosen them up. That was not the case. My feet were in agony by the end. Now I've worn them outside and can't return them. But I would if I could. Very different fit than my other Xero shoes (I own three other pairs).

Amazing & Versatile

Wow! These shoes are so comfortable and versatile! While my day job is standing in the kitchen all day (as a chef), these shoes are versatile enough for everyday life, or for romping through the woods and creeks. Before I purchased them, I didn't know if they would provide enough support for my lifestyle, but they are absolutely fantastic. The toe box is wide enough that I don't suffer from ingrown toenails or bunions anymore, and they look sleek (even for my large size 10)! This shoe runs exactly to size, so when ordering, order your regular size. This pair of shoes has fast become my new favorite everyday shoe. Great design, Xero!
