Caring for your Aptos

To clean your Aptos, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Aptos in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Happy feet

I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes for some time. Aptos are the first that I’ve found that are comfortable for my wide , bunion feet.

Corrected problems caused by wearing Chacos for years

I love my new Xero shoes. They have corrected the hip pain and forefoot pain that were caused by wearing Chacos for years. So glad I saw you on Dr. GUNDRYS POD CAST! I NO LONGER LOOK LIKE AN OLD LADY LIMPING ALONG. My future looks brighter now that I can walk without pain as I move closer to retirement.

Aptos review

My second pair. Do order a half size larger for any xero shoes and if you think your shoes may get wet, order a whole size larger. Canvas shoes shrink, at least my Hannas did.

Barefoot

I love xero shoes and sandals. These shoes are great. The soles are a bit thicker than I expected but they will be nice for winter. I can still activate my foot just fine. Perfect width all the way through my foot. So far xeros have the only shape that my mid foot/ arch doesn't splay over the sole.

Wonderful casual comfort!

I loved these shoes from the first moment I put them on - comfort, quality and convenience! They're so quick to slip on when going out with our two active rescue Aussies. I'm either barefoot or in my Aptos Xeros. Thank you for these amazing barefoot shoes!

P.S. to a previous not great review I left

I purchased a pair of the aptos, I found them to be sized oddly - my big toe was jamming against the front of the shoe even though the length seemed to be correct. I ordered an exchange for a half size bigger and found the same problem. Because the whole ordeal from ordering the first pair of shoes to receiving the second pair took two months, I had given up and begrudgingly decided to try and break them in, which seemed like a counterintuitive necessity for a such a soft and flexible pair of canvas shoes. I found that wearing thick wool socks made the shoes feel better and overtime they actually started to fit. They're still not great if I want to wear bare feet in them, I don't know what it is about the design that makes the foot slide forward and the toes hit the front in a rather uncomfortable manner, maybe it's because they have such generous width... but over all I do like wearing them with thicker socks. They feel really good, like a comfy pair of slippers and I enjoy walking in them. The customer service was friendly and helpful, but really slow to reply and I would recommend trying on in a store to familiarize oneself with the fit before ordering online like I did.
