To clean your Aptos, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Aptos in the washing machine or dryer.

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Just too big on top of my foot

I so desperately wish these shoes fit! They fit in length and width perfectly, (the toe box is so nice!) but even with socks, there is so much extra room on the top of my foot where the elastic tabs are, that my foot is flopping around in there. I bought these at the same time I bought the Prio (they both came this evening in the mail), and the prio fits excellently. I’m so bummed because they are adorable shoes. If I went down in size they would be too small in length. Super sad.

So bummed

I love the look of Aptos, but I ordered my usual size 7 as suggested on the product page and they were at least a 1/2, maybe even a full, size too small. The worst part is now the 7.5 and 8 are sold out! For reference I wear a size 7 in the Z Trail sandal.

Favorite Shoes

The Aptos slip on is my new favorite shoe! I was a little worried at first about the size I chose but I have been wearing them for about a week now to work and they are awesome. They feel great, super light, and so easy to slip on. I have already received some compliments on them and they are truly so cute I will definitely be buying again if they come out in more colors!

cute AND comfortable

I've been in search of a shoe my feet will absolutely love. I'm on them most of the day and seem to go through different styles and brands often. I ordered the Aptos and absolutely love them! They're my all the time outside of work shoes, the quality and craftsmanship is top notch and my feet feel happy! Plan on ordering other xero shoes for all other aspects of my life.

Dissapointed

I love the look of these on my feet and brought my regular size as recommended but they are just too small, they rub my toes and at the back. I have tried taking out the Innersole but they are still uncomfortable. I would have sent them but but I am in the UK and it would not be feasible due to postage costs. Anyway I have tried them out on a walk hoping the hemp would give a bit in the toe area but they did not so can't return the now. Be sure to double check your size.

I really wanted to love them.

I was so excited to take the plunge and try out a pair of xero shoes that were less expensive than the rest of the shoes. Unfortunately, they did not work for me. They were a bit big (too long) but they were so big at the top of my foot that even as full size smaller would probably still be too big.

Great fabric, but oversized

I love the concept and materials of the Aptos! The men’s are a perfect fit for my husband. For the women’s, you’ll be happiest if you have a high-volume (big, flat, and wide) foot. For me, these are so high-volume I’m considering if I may have to go down to a 6.5 from the 7 I ordered. They are floppy when I walk; but the length and width of the sole is right. I think a 6.5 would be too short. For reference I’m a 7 in the Z-Trail, a solid 7.5 in the Terra Flex, Mesa, and Prio. Also pictured is my Aptos 7 lined up with the Oswego in 7. As you can see, the Oswego looks at least a half-size smaller. It’s right at my toes’ end; and I might try a 7.5 in the Oswego or just return them.

Great casual shoe

I bought these for just a casual shoe, as I needed something for going out to eat or at the office. I’ve been wearing these both with and without socks. Without socks there is no rubbing. These are looser, being slip on shoes, but that’s ok. These are great for walking and look good with jeans.

Super Comfy and Cute!

These shoes are so comfortable! I love how easy they are to slip on. They are a little loose on the very top of my foot, but length wise they fit perfectly and their not to loose to where they don’t fit right. I like the loosen on top anyways because it makes slipping them on easier. As a busy mom of 3, even with our current circumstances they still keep me on my toes, these shoes are cute, comfortable and convenient.
