Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Favorite hiking boots ever

I have had a couple different pairs of hiking boots before these and my ankles would be sore after hiking just from how heavy "good" boots had to be. On our recent hike, without even breaking them in at all, these boots were amazing! So lightweight, able to form around the ground instead of slip off rocky paths, and no pain from stepping on rocks. Absolutely amazing!

Great shoes!

I got these for work since I work outside mostly, these are the only shoes that I haven't needed to use insoles for. I have flat and wide feet and my feet no longer hurt after a long day of work.

Scrambling

I went for a woods walk, a bit wet, roots and rocks. These new boots were great, very comfortable, no break in needed. Then I took my dog to the vet and the young technician asked “ where did you get those boots?” Hopefully she will check you guys out! The roomy toes caught her eye, plus the flashy color!

Order a half size up. Very nice boot overall with just a few things to improve. For mud, dry rock and dirt this is a great rubber but for wet rock the harder rubber is a bit slick. So if you are headed to a rainy rocky hike just be cautious. The lightness of the shoe is incredible. Barely notice I had them on my feet. I have notice the left boot has a tendency to slightly probate the foot. My mom also has a pair and noticed the same. Not sure why. Great boot. Just needed a half size up.

Not just for hiking

The Scrambler-Mid is so comfortable that it's replaced Ariats as my every day shoe at home on the farm - on the tractor, clearing trails, even horseback riding. No more pinched toes!

Changing It Up

The shoes may be a tad bit short. I wear a women’s size 10 to 11 depending on what the shoes are used for athletics versus dress or the length of the last. I purchased both of my shoes in a size 10 1/2 perhaps at 11 would be a little bit better for me but I already have worn them. I bought the 10 1/2 because I was afraid the 11s might be sloppy on my foot. I walk every day and change it up by wearing my regular hiking shoes, my gym shoes and my zeros I also have an orthotic that I put in my shoes sometimes with the zeros I just wear the shoes without the orthotics. By changing it up, I add interest to my walk. I am a teacher and I am on my feet all day so walking after work for an hour and a half my feet really appreciate the care I give them with the shoes I wear.

Great Hiking Shoes!!

I got the 6.5 size and am happy with the way they fit my feet. They're slightly bigger than other Xero shoes I own in the same size, but that works out because feet swell when hiking. With a thick pair of socks, they fit perfect. I'm very happy with the colors, quality, and grip.
