Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

Caring for your Gracies

To clean your Gracies, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Gracie in the washing machine or dryer.

Once they're on my feet they're great

I wanted an easy to wear garden boot for the rain and mud. Super comfy, easy to kick off but difficult to get on. The fabric loop on the heel is difficult to grab hold of but necessary. Other than that I'd have rated these 5 stars.

Dry Feet are Happy feet

I celebrated the Vernal Equinox by putting on my new Gracie boots and working in the recently snow-covered garden. They keep my feet dry and are easy to kick off before tracking dirt into the house. I would give them 5 stars if I could have bought a half-size. But the main thing I need to say is how well I was treated by Xero shoes when I had a defective pair and wanted a different shoe from the ones which had failed. Xero shoes have been a godsend for my weird feet and the customer service is stellar. I will be back.

These boots look great, feel great and are so easy to move around in! I got them just in time to wear for a major yard cleanup and I was comfortable the entire time (about 3 hours)! They fit well, are comfortable and are even more stylish than previous rain boots I have worn! Love them!

Pull Tab Broke on Second Use

I was so excited to find a rubber boot with a natural foot shape and zero drop! I know it seems so small, but the pull tab broke the second time I pulled them on... They ok to pull on without the pull tab, but for a rubber boot, a pull tab is so handy. I was looking forward to a little higher quality in craftmanship, but I love the shape of the boot.

Love my Gracie Rainboots

I usually wear my exact shoe size in Xero shoes I ordered my original size 9 in the Gracie Rain boot but I have big calves and the size 9 was just too snug. So I returned the size 9 and ordered up a size to a size 10. And they fit beautifully. So happy with them. I work outside in my yard a lot and really needed a barefoot rain boot when it rains and gets muddy. My regular rain boots were really hurting my feet and the xero rain boots feel so comfortable
