To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

They are really great boots!

They are really great boots! I'll elaborate: It's obvious that they are made from premium leather. It's like smelling a really high end baseball glove! I've purchased a lot...A LOT of shoes in my lifetime...a really beautifully made shoe has a smell to the leather that hits you as soon as you open the box. These are, hands down, the best smelling leather shoes I've ever had. Enough about the smell. They are a very handsome shoe, I would wear these with a pair of work slacks or out on the trail...the toe box is really spacious, the sole is the perfect thickness to provide traction but also feel every step. I really love how I can slip them on without taking the laces out of the lace holes. The steel grommets make the laces move and tighten easily. The tongue has the perfect amount of padding. They are so comfortable that they just make you want to move! I really dig these boots...as a shoe enthusiast and someone who wishes that out of college I'd gotten into shoe design, Xero hit a home run with these boots!I am so grateful that you sent me these boots!!! Ridiculously comfortable

If your job or weekend social event requires a black casual or dress shoe, I’d say this is it. The second I slipped on The Glenn Dress Shoe (which Xero sent to me in exchange for giving an honest review), even before lacing it up, I was smiling. Perfect fit! Ridiculously comfortable, and the ideal shoe for someone whose job requires them to wear black shoes, and yet wants to have all of the benefits of a barefoot-style shoe, which this has: a nice, wide toe box, highly flexible upper and sole, and, of course, zero drop. Stylistically it’s simple, which makes it a nice fit for business-casual attire. It’s real leather and comes with a soft, natural sheen, but, since it is real leather, it can easily be shined up to a higher gloss and used as a decent dress shoe for wearing with a suit. In that sense, it’s almost like getting two pairs of shoes in one — business casual AND dress shoe! Xero describes this shoe as having what they call a “comfort heel,” which I don’t fully understand, and also seems to be underselling it; Sure: the heel is comfortable. But in my opinion the whole thing is comfortable, from bow to stern! I’m grateful for having received the opportunity to provide my honest testimonial in exchange for these shoes.

The Denver Leather 2 has some notable improvements over the original.

I've worn the original Denver Leather for almost three years now, and it's never needed any repairs. It's a great, durable, warm boot. Like the original Denver Leather, the Denver Leather 2 is super flexible and allows the foot and ankle to move in their natural paths of motion. It's thin enough to let the foot feel the ground and bend and twist as needed. This is true about most Xero shoes in my experience. The Denver Leather 2 has some notable improvements over the original. I'd say most of them are aesthetic. The midfoot is more narrow and is more like the actual shape of a foot. The original Denver Leather had a fatter midfoot and looked a bit round and ballooned like a mickey mouse boot. On the new Denver, there is also no seam above the toe nail region. It's one single piece of leather that wraps around under the front of the sole, which gives it a more traditional "boot" look. I like both of these aesthetic improvements. One notable difference that some may see as a negative is that the Denver Leather 2 lacks the flannel lining that really made the original Denver warm. This boot feels less warm. For me, that just allows me to wear them in warmer weather, which I appreciate. You can always just wear warmer socks. Received in exchange for an honest review.

This boot is a great all-rounder

I received this pair from Xero in exchange for a review, and these boots have been put to good use so far! I've used both for semi-formal wear, and for light outdoor use and it does well being a hybrid for both. This boot is a great all-rounder which doesn't necessarily specialize in very formal wear nor very difficult terrain, but it can still cross both worlds and that ultimately means it ends up seeing use on many more occasions. I highly recommend the Denver II boots for versatile daily use, and suggest going true to size as the toe box has improved foot shape and ample volume.
