We ship Xero Shoes to customers in 90+ countries around the world. Here’s what to expect when placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few business days.

During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience as our team works to prepare each order as quickly and accurately as possible.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Please note: Delivery timelines begin after your order has shipped. Processing time is separate.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping
 Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping
 Express orders typically arrive within 2 business days after shipment.

Please keep in mind:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods may extend transit times

  • Some locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, may require additional time

All domestic shipments include tracking.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

State Delivery Fees

Some states require retailers to collect a delivery or transportation fee on certain orders. Any applicable state-mandated fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

For example, Colorado orders include a state-required Retail Delivery Fee, which is non-refundable. For more information, please see the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee details.

These fees are set by state regulations and are collected and remitted as required by law.

International Shipping

Delivery Timeframes

Most international orders arrive within 2–3 weeks after shipment, and sometimes longer depending on the destination.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by country and local postal conditions

  • Customs processing may extend transit times

  • Tracking updates may pause while the package clears customs

  • In some regions, delivery may take longer than the typical timeframe

All international shipments include tracking.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All packages are shipped as commercial merchandise and cannot be marked as gifts.

Tracking Information

After your order ships:

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin updating

  • It’s normal for tracking to pause between scan locations

  • Some shipments may show limited movement until they reach a regional facility

  • International tracking may pause during customs clearance

We partner with major national and international carriers to deliver your order. The carrier used may vary based on your location, shipping method, and fulfillment availability.

Your shipping confirmation email will include the most accurate tracking link and carrier information for your shipment.

In most cases, your package is still moving even if tracking hasn’t changed.

When to Contact Us

Our Customer Happiness team is happy to help if:

  • Your order has not shipped after several business days outside of major sale periods

  • Your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days after carrier acceptance

  • Your order has not arrived after two weeks (U.S.) or four weeks (international)

  • Your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, expedited options are available at checkout where applicable. Delivery timelines shown above begin once the order has shipped.
