About the Role
Xero Shoes is one of the fastest-growing brands in the barefoot and natural movement footwear category, with distribution in more than 90 countries worldwide.
As demand for barefoot footwear continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Agent to represent Xero Shoes in the Republic of Ireland. This is a commission-only, independent contractor opportunity focused on developing and managing relationships with footwear, outdoor, running, and specialty retail accounts throughout Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Identify and open new wholesale accounts across Ireland
- Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners
- Present seasonal collections and secure pre-book orders
- Support retailers with product knowledge, merchandising, and sell-through initiatives
- Attend key industry events and customer meetings as needed
- Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Xero Shoes' global wholesale team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling footwear, outdoor, sporting goods, or related consumer products
- Existing relationships within the Irish retail market
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for health, movement, outdoor, or active lifestyle categories is a plus

- Orders placed directly with Xero Shoes and fulfilled from our European distribution center in Prague, Czech Republic
- Full support from our international sales, operations, and customer service teams
