To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

I have been waiting for a court shoe

Just started wearing X1 low for pickleball. All the other xero shoes are great but would not last more than 3 months. I hope with this design the soles and sides of the shoe will last longer.

Great for Zumba

I was looking for barefoot shoes to do Zumba, because the wrong shoes for this activity have led to knee injuries for me in the past. For that reason I have always bought shoes specifically labeled as for Zumba or dance, but that was prior to my move to using barefoot shoes. I was skeptical about how these shoes would work for this activity, but so far I have been pleasantly surprised.

Finally a basketball shoe that's good for your feet!

I've been playing basketball pretty much my whole life and even played D2 college ball. I always hated basketball shoes because they felt like bricks on my feet and very restrictive. After college I started playing basketball in cross trainers because they felt better on my feet and for the last few years I've been playing in the Xero 360s and those have worked well. But I was super excited that Xero came out with basketball shoes--for women too! I tried these at my last pick up game this past week and love them! Definitely more lateral support than the 360s for basketball but yet a wide toe box and flexible sole that we love from Xero! THANK YOU for making these! I'm 45 years old and still playing ball every week and will be wearing these Xero basketball shoes from now on! Love the yellow color too!

Lookers, but not as roomy

I couldn't wait for this model to be launched! I joined the list to be notified when they were and never got one. Lucky for me, i checked nearly daily and ordered the moment i saw inventory. I must say, they are the coolest looking xeros and they give the best lateral support (even over the 360’s). That said, they are more rigid and narrower than the prio, prio neo, 360 and hfs and because of it, wearing it with my gel big toe spacer is literally painful, so i take it out. That said contrary to the very principle of my seeking out bear foot style shoes, i plan to wear them till they stretch out so i can get some use out of them due to the price and return policy that says they need to be unworn. I’ll continue to love xeros, i own a franchise gym and have converted many members to this shoe. This much anticipated model was unfortunately a miss for me 🙁

Court shoe with lateral support that can function as a tennis court shoe

*Finally* a minimalist shoe that offers support for hard lateral cutting, obviously for basketball, but also for tennis. I play mostly on har tru and have found the shoe to be excellent. It provides upper foot support for hard lateral movements (and sliding) and the ground feel is great. I would recommend the low X1 as a tennis (or pickleball) court shoe because the side supports on the low X1 traverse the midfoot, whereas the hightop support traverses more the ankle/back side of the foot. Since this is a minimalist shoe, obviously there is no arch support. I have a mountain shaped foot that is not super wide, so I find these to fit well. If you have a super wide foot, perhaps move to the men's model. I know many state that xero shoes are on the narrower side of the barefoot shoe spectrum, so keep that in mind. My longest foot is 26 cm x 9 cm and I ordered the women's 11, which fit perfectly. And xero, PLEASE add foot measurements to your sizing table -- it would make it soooo much easier to order!!!
