Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).
Also, check our Stores page. There may be a Xero Shoes dealer closer to you.

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

Please go to Xero Shoes Return Policy page to learn about our 45-day return policy.

Walking the Camino? No Factor!

This is my 4th set of Xero shoes and really love all of the pairs that I've had. I bought these shoes specifically for a trip to Portugal to walk a portion of the Camino de Santiago. I knew I needed something that could handle old roads and offroad trails and the Scrambler Low EV did not disappoint! Over 10 days and 100 miles, they did not miss a beat. This shoe has more height because of the knobby soles and slightly more padding inside then my Prio's, but fit and feel is very similar. While the extra padding and taller sole masked the road feel a little bit, They were perfectly comfortable on cobblestone, boardwalk, rocky trails and pavement and I was able to walk 12-17 miles/day, day-after-day. They were so comfortable that most of the time I didn't even need to wear socks which allowed my feet to breathe better. My only criticism is that apparently I walk with a slight toe-in gate and the inside-front of the sole drags across the topline or collar of the opposite shoe and this created a wear spot. I haven't ever had this problem and can only deduce that the knobs on the sole of the shoe were just big enough to barely hit the other shoe. I wished that there was a bit of reinforced leather or rubber on the collar, but this is more of a Me problem then a problem with the actual shoe. Afterwards, the shoes/soles showed hardly any wear and I think that they will last a long time. As a side note, I got the Dark Irish Cream color and have received multiple compliments on how they looked.

Rigid raised sides

As I’ve worn xero shoes, my feet have widened and spill out into the sides of shoes. In this new redesign, the sole wraps up onto the sides of the shoe about a centimeter. This bumps into the arch of my foot and feels uncomfortable. I wanted to buy the old style, but it looks to be discontinued. I currently have the shoe under 30 lbs of weight plates, hoping that flattens out the rubber. Can’t return since I wore them once.

Love the shoes!!

They are the best zero drop shoes for trails that I have ever had. The one and only draw back is I’m not the greatest fan of the color. I thought it was going to be a darker brown. They are such a great shoe that I don’t even care about the color!!

The perfect fit

I love these shoes!! The ease of return because I ordered the wrong size was so easy to complete. The shoes are nice and was instant perfection of fitting. I live how they bend and flex with my movements.

Bad shoe, even worse customer service!

My wife and I have several Xero shoes and sandals - we have spend a lot of money with Xero. Most of their models work perfect, however there have been a few over the years that left a lot to be desired. These Scramblers, however, are the worst barefoot/minimal style shoes, and Xeros, I have tried. Way too narrow, shallow, stiff (especially the uppers), and unwearable. To make matters worse, Xero will not let me return them!
