Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Very comfortable out of the box

The Low Ridgeways are my first pair of zero drop shoes. I wear a 10 in most shoes, so that is what I ordered. I found that the toe cap pressed on my big toes even though the shoe seemed long enough. I reordered a 10.5 and they fit well. I have worn them about a week, during which I wore them everywhere from airports to hiking rocky terrain. They are proving to be amazingly comfortable! I have no foot discomfort whatsoever while wearing them and they provide great stability and traction. I put on different pair of shoes to go to the gym, waked a few feet, and took them off because of the feeling of extreme supination. What a surprise! My feet seem to like the neutral, zero drop position. I have just ordered a pair of Speed Force 2.

Big difference between half sizes

I bought my normal size, 8.5 and they felt very roomy. I could fit a thumb between my heel and the back and my toes still weren't touching. I ordered a half size down and those were smashing by toenails when I walked, so I kept the first pair and kept the inserts in and they're not too bad when I tighten everything up. I really like the style and I'm excited about hiking with them! The matte/onyx color is very versatile. Though the style is more masculine, it goes with my hiking style.

Amazing

I bought these to replace my last pair of xero shoes. Previous pair lasted over a year! That being said, this pair definitely lives up to the standard I'm used to! I forget that I have them on, they definitely have a sturdy toe protection as mentioned. I can't wait to keep using these shoes. Probably the best brand I've ever come across. Now I'm going to test them in my new hobby, skipping rope.
