Caring for your Prio All-Days

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Since the Prio All-Day has a leather upper, you can use a leather conditioner every few months, or as needed if the leather looks dry or dull.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Comfortable shoe, but not for the workplace 🙁

The fit is great! But, they do not provide non slip traction like they claim. I work in a restaurant and I am slipping and sliding all over the place 🙁 Also, the surface of the ground in the restaurant just kills my feet. I know they are flexible for natural foot function, but if I were to continue using them I would have to use inserts.

Love these 4 pairs bought

Ibwait tables on cement and tile floors. My feet nor legs or hips hurt end of the day!! I take them off once a week to show them off. I go barefoot all the time and these are all i wear other then other xero winter boots. They do take a wee bit to get use to but they are 110% worth the wee bit of transition time. They are professional looking and that is very important to me. I do need new insoles for 2 pairs but that isnt a big deal and i havent been able to find them on website, but just need to call them, as the customer service is amazing.

Good but...

These shoes are good but if you are transitioning from regular shoes to these, especially on concrete floors, these can be a pain. I can wear these just fine for the first 3 to 4 hours of my shift before my feet start to really hurt and then I have to change back to my normal shoes. I work in a grocery store stocking shelves and the slip resistance is still useful for wet floors and unloading trucks. I will suggest to please make a barefoot slip resistant shoe for both men and women that looks more professional, as management positions where I work require us to wear slacks and a button down collared shirt and something like a slip resistant oxford for those in retail and food service would be ideal.

Great for work + Great Customer Service!

These shoes have been a game changer for me! I work in the service industry, long hours on my feet used to leave me in so much pain and now I still feel light on my feet at the end of the day. My steps are much more stable and balanced, I walk with more confidence as I can better connect with the ground underneath rather than being stiff in a lofty sole. These shoes are supportive yet spacious, comfortable in every way. I’m stocking up on as many more barefoot shoe styles as possible to support my health and comfort. When I ordered these shoes, they first got lost in transit and I was so dismayed as I needed them for work, but customer service did an excellent job of getting back to me promptly and shipping me a new pair which arrived safely! I have since ordered more Xero shoes and recommend this business often, everyone deserves the comfort and health benefits of barefoot shoes!
