Is the Prio All-Day Waterproof?

It’s not. But while the full-grain leather upper will have more protection than our regular Prios, the Prio All-Day’s upper can be treated to provide water resistance.

Applying a leather conditioner or wax treatment, such as a natural beeswax, can help make the upper water-resistant.

What can I do in the Prio All-Day?

With it’s full-grain leather upper and “luggier” tread on the soles, the Prio All-Day is built for a dressier look to meet service and professional industry standards, while feeling as good at the end of a long shift as they did before it started.

Outside of that, it’s great road running, light trail running, walking, hiking, working out, Crossfit, biking, slacklining… practically anything as a performance shoe. Once you get them on, I’m sure you’ll do things we never thought of (and we want to see pictures of that!).

What’s different between the Prio and the Prio All-Day?

The Prio is our best-selling “do almost anything” shoe — running, hiking, working out, you name it.
With a mesh upper, it provides a more breathability.

The Prio All-Day is our Prio for a professional work environment, built to meet service industry standards.
With a “luggier” tread and full-grain leather upper, it provides more utility, safety, and a dressier look.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Caring for your Prio All-Days

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Since the Prio All-Day has a leather upper, you can use a leather conditioner every few months, or as needed if the leather looks dry or dull.

Third pair

I am a USPS Mail Carrier and I started wearing these Prio All-Day SRs about three years ago. I was trying to find a shoe that would have even ware on it soles to help with my hip pains from all my walking. The Prio did exactly what I hoped it would do and I am hip pain free. I get about just under 4K in milage out of a pair of the Prios and I am not disappointed. Thank You

Not Quite Non-Slip

Ok. So this particular shoe is my very first introduction to a minimalist “barefoot” shoe and I am more than pleased to order the Xero All Day. I mainly ordered this one because of the style and comfort, backed by numerous positive comments. I have now been heavily using this product for more than a month now. As a chef working 10-15 hours in the kitchen, this shoes truly surpassed my expectations and more. I must say that after trying ALL types of shoes for the kitchen, there no going back from this. I love this product. My only negative about the shoes that it is not non slip enough. What that means is that the traction as “non slip” is weak. I still experience some slippage. So please. I asked to improve this department. If you can fixed this only issue, it would be THE shoes to top them all. It has it all: looks, comfort, affordable, and reliable. Improve the traction and it’s perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this product. I can't say anymore but great things. I am a fully converted barefoot minimalist person.

Men's Prio All Day SR Review

I Purchased the Xero HFS shoes a few months ago and I have really enjoyed them and the transition to more minimalist shoes. I wanted to be able to wear my minimalist shoes at work as well (I work in a restaurant) and the prio all day SR seemed to be the only non slip zero drop minimalist type shoe on the market. Overall I am happy with them although they are not as comfortable as the HFS pair that I own. I typically wear a 10.5 size shoe and after reading that the prio all day SR runs small I wanted to purchase them in a size 11 but the largest size available was the 10.5. The 10.5 prio all day SR seems to be fine so far and I assume I will break them in more but I do think that the extra room offered by the size 11 would have been more comfortable. Overall I would rate the prio all day SR a 7/10 primarily because my pair of HFS are much more comfortable and I was expecting a similar level of comfort. However for being the only non slip minimalist shoe out there, I am satisfied with them.

What you expect..

They are exactly what I thought they would be. A non slip work oriented barefoot shoe. I can't say anything about durability as I haven't had them that long. They do feel like they can handle it though. My only complaint is they are kind of bulky for a minimalist shoe. I am not a fan per say. I have been wearing "toe shoes" in the kitchen for the last 13 or so years so anything else will probably feel bulky. Other than the esthetics, they are comfortable and the non slip is legit. I would recommend if you are looking for something that looks like a work shoe but feels like a barefoot.
