Q: How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate , you'll be able to enter an email address for the recipient. You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like. You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Look great but run very small

Just received my pair of Pagosa's after being in the market for a nice pair of slippers/house shoes for some time. They seem great but unfortunately run very small. I'm a 13 in a tennis shoe but can often get away with even a 12 or 12.5 in a slipper but a 13 in the Pagosa was way too small and sadly they do not seem to have anything larger available.

Right item at the right price

I'm 68 and looking to make the switch to barefoot style shoes and figured a good way to start is indoors. I always wear some sort of footwear indoors due to the infernal 'stickers' that come in on the bottom of our footwear. These are extremely well made, comfortable and fit the bill for year-round use.

Very comfortable house shoes that run small

This is my third Xero shoe. My slippers had fallen apart and the Pagosa looked nice and comfortable. I had to return my first order for a half size up and could easily have gone a full size larger. After a couple days, they feel good and light. They provide a little warmth, but my feet aren't sweating.

Too much for too little

Ordered these because I wanted some wide toe slippers. The price was concerning but I thought I would give it a shot. In my opinion, they are very overpriced. It is a thing piece of rubber with some fabric glued on. Yes, very barefoot. Sure its a wide toe-box. But its really not much of a shoe. My foot felt very insecure. The shoe is the same width throughout, so your foot easily slides side to side and there is nothing to keep your heel in place. Overall, I'm just not a fan. Returned.
