Q: How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate , you'll be able to enter an email address for the recipient. You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like. You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

What I have been looking for.

I love these slippers!!!! I was so sad when my size in women’s was not available. But, the equivalent men’s size was. I have wanted slippers that stay on my feet, don’t have fleece and are comfortable. I like that the back can be down so you can step into them if you’re in a hurry or the back can be up. They are perfect!

Prio and Pagosa

I love my new Xero Shoes. I lucked into my first pair of Prio in the clearance section of REI Cincinnati last spring. They were recommended by my tai chi instructor. I used Feiyue for a year (appropriate and inexpensive, used just for class). Until I scored the REI pair and instantly fell in love. Fast forward. I purchased my second pair of Prio for home practice and felt guilty for wearing them around the house regularly. So, I saw the Pagosa. I hate slippers!! But, I knew I had to check these out because the Prios have a very natural feel and I want to keep them for tai chi. The Pagosa's are an everyday wear inside the house shoe. I love them!! I tried to order a pair in early November for my wife. Still waiting for the availability notification. Prio sole pattern is great for my tai chi, foot bed is rooting and grounding. Pagosa sole pattern is more grippy and suitable for daily house wear, footbed is rooting and grounding. Looking to explore a pair a pair of Xero Boots for Spring. Great Shoes!!

Pagosa another great Xero shoe!

Love my Pagosa shoes. I use them as slippers while home. I have around 10 pairs of various style Xero shoes. They have been the only shoe brand I have used for almost 5 years. The Pagosas complement my collection and are very comfortable to wear when walking around my home. Since switching to Xero shoes my feet have never felt so good. My feet do not seem restricted in any of them and I notice my balance has improved. Keep up the good work Xero design team!

Pagosa

Not quite what I hoped for. I have a great Xero slip on from several years ago. The Pagosa does not work as well for me. The top of the shoe is cut too narrowly so that it presses into the top of my foot as I walk. I am sure it will work for some, but not good for me. Easy return process, which keeps me coming back in search of another comfy, 0 elevation shoe!

Too Small and after sales support doesn’t exist

These were way too small and Xero wouldn’t pay to have them returned (unlike all other clothing companies) I guess I’ll give them away. Awesome service Xero …. NOT!!!
