Q: What's different between the Prio, HFS, and Speed Force?

The Prio is our best-selling "do almost anything" shoe -- running, hiking, working out, you name it. With a durable upper, it provides a bit more protection. The Speed Force is our lightest, "most barefoot" shoe. More feedback as you step and a mesh upper that holds like a glove, you get a "barely there" experience. The HFS is lighter than the Prio, more rugged than the Speed Force. The HFS's sole has a tire tread-inspired sole that's made to handle roads and have extra traction. The huarache-inspired midfoot and instep straps are "hiding" behind a protective welded material. And the moisture wicking lining for extra comfort and breathability.

Q: How do I send a gift certificate?

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

My favorite shoes

I love everything about these shoes except the uppers. All of them seem to tear for me around 300-400 miles. If it weren't for that, these shoes would last me 2000+ miles easily. Any way to build a stronger upper around the toes?

Disappointed

I have several pairs of Xero shoes and sandals. Unfortunately, this is the first pair that are uncomfortable. While I really like the look of them, they have two main issues for me. The soles are more rigid than other Xeros I've had causing less ground feel. And the toe box is more restrictive than anything I've worn since I switched to barefoot style shoes 5 years ago. Sadly, I've already worn them outside for several miles so I know I can't return them for a refund. But if I could, I would. I'm still a big fan of Xero shoes, but this particular design was a swing and a miss for me.

Best shoes on earth

I have purchased 4 pairs of Xero shoes and I’ll buy 100 more before I die. As a full time auto technician, I’m on my feet all day long. Working 10-14 hour days my feet are throbbing by the end of the day. I’ve worn every kind of shoe and nothing ever worked. No matter what my feet were sore throughout the day. Then 3 years ago I found out about your shoes. And I figured for $100 what do I have to lose? Just another pair of shoes. Well, let me tell you, I can wear your shoes for 14 hours straight and get home and not even think about kicking off my shoes. In fact, I forget I’m even wearing shoes at all. No exaggeration. I feel like I’m barefoot. Thank you for what you do. You have a customer for life

Unfortunately the only pair of Xeros I've bought (out of 5) that fit too tight

As mentioned, I have bought at least 5 pairs of Xeros. Every pair I have bought has fit extremely well with room at my toes. Thanks to those pairs, my feet have become more healthy and broader. However, I ordered a pair of these, and every time I wear them I feel they are tight at the toebox both on top, and a little bit in the width. I would not recommend for this reason. Perhaps they are still better than other "regular" shoes, but I've found other Xero styles to fit much better (like the Prio Neo).

Comfy and stylish

These pair are a great choice especially if you want something with more support and traction on the bottom of the shoe. Good for athletes who play on turf and for anyone who does physical activity. After a while you forget you’re even wearing them!
