Caring for your Glenns

Since the Glenn has a leather upper, it’s a good idea to use a leather conditioner every few months, or as needed if the leather looks dry or dull.

To clean your Glenn, use any commercially available leather cleaner and follow up with a leather conditioner. For tough spots, gently scrub with a warm, damp cloth or damp soft bristle brush and allow to air dry. Then follow up with a leather conditioner.

WARNING: It is possible to over-condition, which may result in the leather looking and feeling greasy or oily.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

The only business casual zero drop shoe to buy.

When I went back to teaching I had beem wearing Xero shoes for 3 years already. My feet loved them and a lot of previous foot problems had all but disappeared. Unfortunately, when I took a teaching job the Glenn was not available nor any business casual show from Xero. I ended up buying Birchberry instead. After 8 weeks my feet and back were ruined and I had to throw them out. I checked again and finally the leather Glenns were back. I wore them everyday for the remainder of the school year and slowly my feet healed themselves. I just ordered an fresh pair for the new school year. My old pair is worn but not worn out. I'll be treating them with beeswax which will breath some new life into them. I love the Glenns. They look classic and feel like the rest of the Xero line. My only wish is to have a pair with full grain leather instead of nubuck as the nubuck can get stained with sweat and water. Lemme know when those are available.

Great casual shoe!

I'm incredibly happy that Xero made a normal looking casual dress shoe! These are extremely comfortable and seem to be holding up well. I will likely be getting a pair of black ones as well!

Go Xero

I absolutely love these more dressy Xero shoes. They were perfectly comfortable out of the box. No issues with fit or rubs anywhere. I will be ordering another pair of Glenns in the color brown. The quality is high and the look is good. I also wear my Xero Forza Trainers daily. I've been wearing them for about a year and with the exception of ordering new Xero insoles, it seems I can't wear them out!
