Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

My new black Dillon's are ON right now!

I absolutely LOVE my new slip-on black Dillons!! I was unsure exactly what size to get and realized I needed to get the next size up so I could wear thicker socks in winter. Xero helped me make that change immediately, and I sent the smaller ones back in a very easy way and my new larger ones were quickly delivered. I have not taken them off!! They are as advertised...easy to wear, fit so well and comfortably, they look very cool!!, and are perfect for me. I can wear them everywhere. Now that I am wearing Xero shoes, others just do not feel good to me at all. I had sciatica before I found Xero shoes, and now it NEVER comes back. I have given away all my other shoes and have settled on these forever. I love them!!

Stains easily

I'm not thrilled with the Dillon slip ons. They fit great and run true to size. The insert started sliding out after a week of wear. The insert would slide out the back as I was walking. I had to remove the insert to wear the shoe. The canvas fabric is very sensitive to stains. I added water proofing spray and that has helped, but it is quite disappointing to see new shoes quickly stained. I wish there was an easier way to wash the Dillons because handwashing was not enough to remove the stains.

Instant favorite!

I bought the canvas slip on in black. I am so happy with them! They felt great the first time I wore them and every time since. They are casual but look OK wearing them to work with a business casual outfit. They are so comfortable, I’m just making them part of my work wardrobe. I get lots of compliments on them. I am very happy with my purchase.

Super comfortable

My son told me about your shoes. He is the personal trainer at Do-Nation Gym and he highly recommends them to all his members...I think he said almost all of them now wear them.
