Caring for your 360s

To clean your 360s, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the 360 in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Second pair of 360s

I keep one pair off the streets and use them only for ping pong or tai chi (indoors). I noticed my feet felt more secure and didn’t slide much when playing table tennis in them. I can quickly pivot to hit that little ball. They’re also great for tai chi, where pivoting on both heel and ball of the foot is important. I prefer the 360 to my Prios for these activities. I have a second pair to wear whenever, including outside.

Great pickleball shoe!

As an enthusiastic amateur player, some of my shots were failing because my wide toe box sneakers (another brand) would slide. I did some research and decide to give these a try. In my first game out, I had the traction to get to shots I couldn’t before. The shoe is stylish and comfortable and works great on the pickleball court!

Best Pickleball Shoes

I’m on my third pair of 360-Women’s and they are the only shoe that doesn’t cramp my foot. The lightness of the shoe helps me move quicker on the court. I’ve tried many shoes for this sport and the 360 is the only shoe that works for me. Love them!

360 Women are The Best!

I have several styles of Xero shoes and I like/love them all. They are the only shoes I wear these days — from leather boots (Breckenridge) and snow boots (Alpine) to slippers (Pagosa), and four other colors of tie up types (HFSII and Prio Neo). But these 360’s slipped onto my feet like butter, right out of the box. The outside patterns are particularly attractive, and they are PURPLE, with little hot pink threads on the tieups that almost sparkle, and who wouldn’t get excited about that??!! XERO SHOES! They are The Best!

Work Great for Tennis

I’ve tried several different Barefoot shoes for Tennis (mostly Lem’s) and these are a winner! The sole does not wear out nearly as quickly as the Lem’s do and they are more minimalist. I have three pairs of these specifically to use just for Tennis. I read tons of reviews and various things on Reddit, etc. searching specifically for something for Tennis and I’ve got to say these really work great for me. I play a few times a week and think they are worth giving a try if you’re looking for a Barefoot tennis shoe.
