Excellent customer service!

One of my toe loops broke and they sent me a new one free and covered shipping. I’m blown away. I bought these shoes with the intent to reduce waste and wear them for a long time. The support team made sure I can use them for many years more. Awesome!

Need longer straps pkease

Like them. Hard to keep strapped on though- broke ankles in the past swollen at times- strap a bit too short

Glad to be able to fix my shoes!

The toe loop on one of my shoes was broken, and Xero sent new ones. I am so happy to have been able to fix my shoes, because they are very comfortable and I wear them all the time!
