Caring for your Aqua Clouds

Because of the TrailFoam™ in the Aqua Cloud, these need a bit of extra attention. Do not leave the sandals in hot cars or exposed to intense or direct sunlight. This could cause the TrailFoam™ to deform and is not covered by our warranty.

To clean your Aqua Cloud sandals, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry (away from direct sunlight).

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Great price and fit

Great price for some casual sandals. Not as rugged as some other Xero sandals I have but very comfortable and great for casual walking.

Love these, my 2nd pair r

This is my daily road running shoe. Padded top with a solid bottom makes a fast shoe. Just need some warm socks for winter

Brilliant and conformable

I originally purchased these as a cheeper, last minute alternative to the expensive Chacos; yet, to my surprise they greatly surpassed my expectations. They have lasted on multiple expeditions across the western US, Southern Africa and the Gobi of Mongolia, along with simple hikes or out to the crag for a climb. I find them easy to pack, easy to clean, durable on various terrain, and comfortable. The simplistic design is brilliant and the tread has only minor wear after three years of heavy use. I would strongly recommend to anyone needing a reliable sandal for multifaceted outdoor use.

Nice Sandal

I like the thin sole and responsiveness they provide. The paracord style “laces” take a bit to get used to. Would like to see a more comfortable securing system in the future for long wear days. They aren’t completely nerdy looking, but they are different than my usual cheap flip flops. I do like them and would recommend them if you like that style. They just take some time getting used to.
