Caring for your Glenns

Since the Glenn has a leather upper, it’s a good idea to use a leather conditioner every few months, or as needed if the leather looks dry or dull.

To clean your Glenn, use any commercially available leather cleaner and follow up with a leather conditioner. For tough spots, gently scrub with a warm, damp cloth or damp soft bristle brush and allow to air dry. Then follow up with a leather conditioner.

WARNING: It is possible to over-condition, which may result in the leather looking and feeling greasy or oily.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Soles a little too stiff

Nice shoes overall but was expecting a slightly thinner and more flexible sole. The soles on this shoe are a little too stiff and don't bend with your feet. The heel is also a little too thick and has a sharp angle, would prefer a more rounded heel. I get this model for folks not quite used to barefoot shoes, this is something more in the middle, but would be nice to have dress shoes that are just as comfortable as barefoot as an option

Nice shoe, very minor things

Overall fit and feel is great, just wish there was a little more padding near the back/heel of the shoe created a couple hot spots but still very comfortable for daily wear at work

Hard to believe!

I didn’t think it was possible to make wide toe box casual/dress shoes that don’t look like clown shoes. Bravo. Another great product from Xero.

Soft Understated Style

I now have 2 pairs of the Glenn shoes, replacing dress shoes that were stiff, inflexible, and NOT my style. I'm a casual-dress man, so the Glenn is just right for anything when I'm not hiking trails, at the gym, or outside in weather.
